I was extremely disappointed with this product. I baked alloted time and cake was not done. Even baked an additional 12 minutes and cake was still not done. I do not reccomend.

The pound cake is truly a treat for your mouth. The taste of butter, and rich ingredients make it hard to believe it is gluten free! My daughter and I are both celiac and this is OUR choice for cake and coffee to enjoy in our take a break moments! Way to go! Delicious!

This pound cake is a family favorite. We prefer it to all other pound cakes that we have had (even pound cakes with gluten). You cannot tell that it is gluten free or anything else.

I used this mix for mothers day. The cake came out a little smaller but I should have realized that by the amount of batter. We met at my sisters for ice-cream and cake and my gluten-free cake was the one chosen by most over the store bought angel food cake. My husband didn't even realize it was a cake I could eat!

This pound cake is delicious. It seems a little heavy when you slice it, but the taste is really good, I couldn't stop grabbing little bites of it. Even my non-gluten free husband likes it!!!

This is the best Pound Cake I have had. I use it instead of shortcake for Strawberry shortcake. I make it for friends who are not gluten intolerant and they have no idea they are eating a Gluten Free cake!! A must try!
