I made a pumpkin pie crust - it tasted excellent. It made a very nice crust and wasn't crumbly! My wife followed the instructions on the package, and she had trouble rolling it out so she pushed it into the pie pan by hand. Next one, we didn't even try to roll out and it was more flaky too.

Unfortunately, I did not have the same success with the piecrust. I do agree with one of the other reviews that the piecrust would not hold together. And I did have problems with it crumbling... I took a chance with a crumbling piecrust and still made my pumpkin pie. The crust itself tasted okay. I did use some of the suggestions such as using icy cold liquid and making sure the crust was refrigerated before I rolled it out, and it still was crumbly. Still open for suggestions on how to make this pie crust work.

Just used your Homestyle Pie Crust mix for our Thanksgiving pumpkin pies! I had never used the brand before, and I was nervous making pies with it for company. The crust turned out wonderfully! Everyone commented that they wouldn't have known the crust was gluten-free unless they had been told. I have to get more of this and start making more pies!

This pie crust was horrible! It would not hold together and kept crumbling up. The dough was very dry after all the ingredients had been mixed together. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Do not waste your money like I did.

This mix makes the best pie crusts I have had since I was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity. They stay together and I have had many compliments on my pies from people who are not gluten sensitive. I definitely recommend this mix.

I have gone without a good piece of pie for several years. I only recently purchased this mix, making my first two pies since 1984 and what a treat. The mix is easy to prepare, has a good texture and taste. I shared a couple pieces with family members who also thought it was a good tasting crust.Â I highly recommend this crust.
