A traditional favorite...Moist, all natural, Lemon Cake. Our mix makes an incredibly moist and delicious cake. Made with pure, fresh squeezed and powdered lemon juice - A wonderful complement to the sweet goodness of our gourmet cake ingredients. Moist Lemon Cake mix also makes great cupcakes! Makes one 9' round cake, one 8'x8'x2' cake or 9 large cupcakes.

Ingredients: Sugar, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Corn Starch, All Natural Lemon Powder, Gluten-Free Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), Xanthan Gum and Salt.

Ingredients Required to Prepare This Mix: Butter or Margarine, Eggs or Egg Substitute, Milk or Milk Substitute and Gluten Free Vanilla (optional).

This product made the best tasting Gluten Free cake I have ever had. I did add a tsp of lemon extract and a tsp of lemon zest to it also. Wonderful texture and wonderful taste. No one can tell it is not made with wheat flour.

This gluten free mix is a keeper, and handy to have one on hand in the pantry. Light lemon taste, not overly sweet, very moist. Easy to whip up and tweak it. (Like adding berries and such like if you want.) My family and I love it!

This cake was amazing!! I made a lemon juice/powdered sugar glaze and drizzled it over the warm cake (I also put holes into the cake first). It was fantastic - no one would know it was gluten free!! Great product!

Absolutely LOVED this mix. I made muffins with it, and threw in some blueberries. You would never guess that they were gluten-free. I will definitely keep a spare package in my pantry !! Thanks for the treat !!

This is a very tasty cake mix. After baking, I cubed it up and layered it with lemon pudding. My sons' sweet tooth was HAPPY. We are new to this web site and I will be buying a varity of items to help my son with this disease and to help him find foods he can truly enjoy again.

This cake is amazing! It tastes as good as any lemon cake I have ever had. My husband and kids came back for second and thirds. It was especially good glazed with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice drizzled over the top. Enjoy!

Made this mix into cupcakes and frosted them with vanilla icing. They were fabulous...no one would ever know they were gluten-free...very moist, great texture and flavor. My husband (the Celiac in the family) isn't really a dessert eater, but he ate three in one sitting!
