Horrible , this must have been an old batch. It turned out like the bread mix hard on the outside and heavy / chewy on the inside...oh well!

I placed my first order a couple weeks ago. I had eaten many "gluten-free" foods and the desserts were awful. This cake is delicious and so moist. I took it to work and no one knew that it wasn't the "real thing." I'm back to buy more and try some other products.

I am so glad the others recommended this mix. I made it for a birthday and no one could tell that it was gluten-free. It was very moist. So good, that it was great without the frosting.

Ive tried many different gluten free cake mixes that taste grainy and got hard after a couple of days, but Cause you care cake mix taste just like regular cake mix, that my husband couldn't believe it!

I have been baking gluten free for over a decade and this is the best cake mix I have ever had. People can't tell it's gluten free (which is not the case with most mixes.) It also makes a great pineapple upside down cake!

Okay - I really don't like most gluten-free products. I will eat them because I have to, but I don't enjoy too many of them... HOWEVER... this cake mix is fantastic. I am a sweet baked goods junkie and my first words as a baby were "Got Cake?". This mix is easy to make - and I hate to make anything. I literally ate all around the edges moments after it came out of the oven. When it was still warm, it had a soft, sugar cookie thing going on. Days later, it is just dang good cake. This is CAKE!

It was so good. It is the best mix I have bought and I can't wait to try the other flavors. I felt like I was eating a "normal" cake. I made lemon butter cream frosting from scratch and it just made it that much better. I poured it over the cake while it was hot. Yum! This will be the only cake mix I buy in the future. Wonderful!!! Light, fluffy and buttery!

This cake is THE BOMB!!! It was so moist and delicious that several people asked me for my "recipe." You truly cannot tell that it's gluten-free. It tastes just as good as the regular yellow cake that I grew up eating. I'm going to stop looking for a good "from scratch" recipe for yellow cake, as none of the ones I've tried come close to being as good as this mix.

Wonderful cake! This is one must have for the Gluten Free. Light and fluffy, and yes moist! This is what I have been looking for in a Gluten Free cake mix. My whole family just loved it, and it went fast. Had company for dinner, served this for dessert and they never knew it was Gluten Free till they saw me take a slice of it, and I told them then it was Gluten Free cake - safe for me to eat! Raves all around!
