My whole family (gluten eaters as well as celiacs) LOVE this bread. I know we all say that this bread or that bread is really close to real bread. THIS bread IS real bread. I had to check to make sure it didn't have wheat in it. I ate it, as did my whole family, straight out of the box untoasted plain... we ate the whole first box right then. This is the bread to get if you are new to being gluten-free and missing real bread. This is the best bread I have had since I found out I was celiac. My daughter just brought me a bite of hers, toasted... I am ordering ten boxes. Do your taste buds a favor and get some.

These rolls are great! I ordered 4 more boxes of these because I liked them so much. They are great for breakfast with some butter and jam, but also great as sandwich bread. Warm them up and enjoy! My Mom and husband like them as well and they don't have to eat gluten-free.

My son liked these. I lightly toasted them, put bittersweet chocolate chips between the top and bottom and melted the chocolate inside the croissant in foil in the oven. Voila - a chocolate croissant. (Perhaps anything tastes good that way?)

These made my day! I was kind of thinking of what I could eat if I were not on a gluten-free diet! Yes, I was feeling sorry for myself~~then I looked in my refrigerator and I decided to try one of the plain gluten-free croissant style rolls. What a treat! They taste just like regular rolls - not at all like gluten-free! I am impressed! I have been on a gluten-free diet since I was born. I highly recommend these delicious Rolls. D'glee

These are pretty good. Really nice for a sandwich or burger. Also a nice alternative to gluten-free toast. If you warm it, cut the tip off, dig some of the inner bread out, you can fill it with spray whipped topping or squirt some jam inside with a pastry bag and turn it into a doughnut. Spread some melted chocolate on top or spray it lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle powdered sugar on it and you are good to go. Very versatile.
