These are awesome! Great to make an individual serving of broth or soup. Only downside was trying to break them in half to make 1 cup of broth instead of 2. But I definitely will buy these again! Can't even tell that they are vegetarian. I didn't realize it until I saw that on the package the 3rd time I used them.

Boullion (beef) has a good taste. I use it when I cook rice "Mexican Style". Is perfect for soups too. I really recommend it!!
