I like this mix because I can mix whatever I want into it. I can turn it into a pizza dough or cinnamon sticks if I so choose. Then I can be sure to add ingredients that I can tolerate.

I was very excited to try this mix. We make bread sticks divided into savory and sweet but must have overworked the dough because they took forever to bake and the center was super gummy. I am trying again and adjusting my method.

Their pizza crust mix is AMAZING. I tried making sandwich rolls with this and I'd give them a 4 out of 5. They were a bit chewy, but there was no strange gluten free flavor and that goes a LONG WAY. I'm looking forward to trying to make tortillas. If you are pressed for time this is a life saver.

This is "off the charts" awesome dough! I feel like I'm eating a pizza that isn't gluten free when I use this dough...it is so good! I have made it for friends that aren't gluten free, and they had no idea it was "my special food". I love the way it smells when baking...it is so very good. Chebe knows how to make a bread mix!!! This makes wonderful buns! It rises much like bread, looks like real bread and the taste is excellent, better than anything else I've tried in the taste department. It does have a chewier texture, but for the taste and light fluffy look to it don't mind chewy in the slightest. I highly recommend this.

Extremely easy to make, but be careful not to over-knead the dough. It smelled delicious while it was baking. I was afraid to get my hopes up because of a bad taste test of another brand of bread yesterday. I have to say I was extremely surprised. The package made one sub roll and six rolls. I have come to the conclusion that most likely I will never find a gluten-free bread that tastes like the bread I've been eating for 38 years, but this comes close enough that I am pleased with my purchase. Gotta go so I can order some more!

So far, I love all of the Chebe products. I made sausage and buscuits, hamburger buns and bread sticks with this mix and everything came out great. After baking the suggested 30 min, I turn the broiler on for a minute or two to give the rolls, etc. a little "color".

There is no such thing as a good gluten free bread without yeast. I have tried them all. I make these in to small roll size and they actually are pretty good. I also added cinnamon, raisens and agave to them before baking and they make a great treat with coffee. I recommend them to anyone desperate for that carb feeling without the guilt.

These are delicious. They are light and chewy inside, with a crisper crust. My son loves them. We have also made them as bread rolls for sandwiches, by dividing the whole packet into 4 or 5 rolls, instead of the 15 as directed.

Please.... am I doing it wrong? I followed the recipe and the suggestions and it wouldn't get done. I baked it over 70 minutes and center was gummy. There were no instructions on package about it rising so I didn't. Help andy suggestions???

Terrific! If you can't have eggs you can make them with flax seed. Gently boil 1 cup water with 1 tablespoon flax seed for about 15 minutes until gummy, let cool, then substitute about 1/2 cup of the mixture for the eggs, mixing very well. The texture of the bread is not as fluffy, but it works if you're allegic to eggs.

I really like this bread mix. It's quick and easy to make and has a good flavor. When I first tried it I wasn't too sure what I thought of it, since it has a very chewy consistancy and a distinct flavor. But now I love it. I definitely follow the advise of others and add more liquids.

I love this stuff! It's so tasty. Very chewy since it's all tapioca... but great for pizza crust, buns, etc. Though I generally prefer whole grain products, Chebe definitely has a place in my cupboard.

This is the best product on the weat-free market! I made my husband a sub roll with the all-purpose Chebe mix and he was in heaven!! He said it was the best he bread he had eaten and requested I fix him subs at least once a week now! I used a cup of parmesan for extra flavor.

This is an amazing product for the gluten free! We are new to this and absolutely love this product it has by far been one of the best tasting gluten free products very easy. Cherry turnovers, fritters, and pecan sticky rolls it works great.

I agree with Ms Fleming. Mixing the wet ingredients together with a wisk and then adding it to the dry is the best way . Also I use the wisk to mix the dry and wet together instead of a fork. I find more milk also makes a better consistancy.

This is really good, but took me some practice before it turned out okay. The trick is to scramble all the liquid ingredients together before you add them to the dry, and use just a bit more water/milk than the package calls for.
