I used it as a pizza crust. I was afraid that Italian taste (has a strong herbs sent), will be too much for the pizza. But it gave nice flavors. My son said its better then any pizza he tried.

Delicious! made some normal focaccia with it. I used rosemary tomato garlic, then used it to make small bites...only wish the bag was bigger! definitely will be getting more!

Delicious. Can't even tell its gluten free. I ate it toasted with butter and it was amazing. I highly recommend this.

It is a nice product. I liked it a lot as far as any gluten free bread is concerned. I have actually had great luck with all Chebe products.

AMAZING! Add plum tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, fresh garden herbs...delicious. This is unlike the already made gluten-free breads that have to be toasted. You will fool people with this mix!

I made some tomato bruschetta and topped this focaccia with it. This bread is delicious! It becomes more cracker consistency after it cools, but it is still very tasty. I plan on getting more of this one and trying the other Chebe breads.

I purchased this item based on the great reviews. Just made it. It was good right out of the oven but once it cools down it's not so good. Also trying to reheat the next day - it's very hard. I'm going to try it one more time to make sure it wasn't an error on my end. Liked the smell of it and how it looked...just wish it wasn't so hard.

This is another product that I bought solely on the reviews and was dissapointed. I did not like the texture of the bread. Also, it was very difficult to make a sandwich with.

I ordered this product over a year ago and it sat in the closet, because the other mixes I tried to make pizza crust with were dry and tasteless. I just mixed up this mix with 2 and 1/2 eggs (extra yolk) and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. The reciepe only calls for 2 large eggs and 2 tblespns of oil and 5 tablespoons of a milk-substitute. I used milk, as I have no dairy issues, only wheat. I rolled it in a ball and oiled a glass pie pan and my hands and pushed it into the pan. To add toppings you had to bake the crust for 15 minutes and then add sauce and toppings and cook another 15 minutes. Be sure to poke lots of little holes to keep the crust from bubbling just before popping into the oven. Today, I am ordering 3 more packages the crust was that good. To be able to have Pizza again is amazing and the tapioca flour seems to work well. Not much work and you can get 2 pie plate size pizzas from one bag. Be sure to oil the pan well with the olive oil. I had no sticking issues and the crust was solid and got crispy on the edges. THIS IS THE MIX TO use for PIZZA.

I love this stuff. I make it into thin hoagie roll shapes and use it for deli sandwiches. It is wonderful with onion and garlic baked in.

This is really good. I make a black olive paste and spread on it and top it with soft goat cheese at the end of the baking.

I absolutely loved this bread! It makes a perfect substitute for seasoned naan. The directions also call for dividing and shaping the dough to make "subs" that can be sliced for sandwiches. It has alot of flavor and a wonderful, chewy texture. Great to keep stocked in the pantry.

LOVE IT! This is makes the best gluten free pizza crust yet. This produces a crust that is very close to the consistency of a good thin crust pizza. It does have a slightly chewy texture to it, but I like that in a thin crust. Good taste, good herb mix. Highly recommend this for pizza dough.

I like these quick mixes. They are really quick and easy. Once I made a pumpkin turnover with this mix. It was really good. Will always get this one.

Great taste. Easy to make, but I used an additional tablespoon of milk because my dough was a bit dry. It did not rise as much as I though it would. So after I baked it per the directions, I put toppings (tomatoes, cheese, herbs) on the top and baked it until the cheese melted (pizza style). I will try to make it again, however with a mixer. I only mixed it with a fork and briefly kneaded it by hand. I will buy this product again.

This tastes very good, but it is a thicker crust than the chebe pizza bread which rises a bit more. If you like a lighter crust, go with the pizza mix instead.

I did not like this product. It was tough and not easy to make a sandwich with like real foccacia bread. Maybe I did something wrong.
