Really easy to make and it tasted great. I even froze half the bread sticks I made for later and microwaved them when I wanted them. No weird aftertaste like some gluten-free products.

I actually use this is a multipurpose mix. I follow the recipe 100% and use it for bread sticks which are delicious and then I use it as a pizza base which is AMAZING!

Light and a bit crunchy/chewy but, as far as breadsticks go, this is almost as good as it gets. If you miss your favorite pizza places' breadsticks, try melting a little butter and 1 minced garlic clove in the microwave approx 10-12 seconds. Brush over sticks right out of the oven. Then sprinkle with a little bit of parmesan. More work than normally but oh, so worth it!!

GF French type breads are all lacking in flavor and texture, but not with Chebe! Right out of the oven, you know they are going to be delicious. We make them into sticks and into sandwich sized sub rolls. Amazing they are and worth every penny!

Chebe is my absolute most loved bread mix on the market! It tastes as great as bread I am used to from before Ceiliac and in Switzerland where I grew up. We eat a lot more bread and the bread is usually very light and airy with a great crust, much like french breads. I have been on gluten free for 7 years now and miss bread the most until I found Chebe. You have to try the all purpose flour as well, make some of their cheese rolls. I make my sticks into rolls, then on the second day I start to slice them. Oh they are soooooo good. Make great any kind of bread you want, just keep it in either bread sticks or rolls that way they stay the lightest and you get to chew the crust. No dry heaving here! The bread remains the same light inside, only the crust gets a little chewier then the typical US bread. Enjoy it with butter and jam, sliced open for sandwiches, or sliced for tea sandwiches with different spreads, meats, hard boiled egg slices with dab of mayo, asparagus on mayo, and such. I am so happy with Chebe, all of them, not just garlic onion bread sticks. Enjoy!

The aroma and taste was great, but the texture is awful! Very gummy on the inside - like chewing rubber. Unfortunately, I'll have to say that we will not buy these again.

This stuff is awesome as far as taste goes. A little hard to make only because there is nothing to help it rise, but I made two mini loaves out of it. It was great for dipping in olive oil and also sliced up well to make mini sandwiches. This will definitely make it easier for me to stick to this diet. The best gluten-free bread I've tried yet.

Definitely not the texture I expected! It was a little bit gummy, but I actually liked that a lot! And the garlic/onion taste was very subtle. These were easy to make, and tasty. Not at all what I expected in a bread stick, but still quite good!

Due to the overwhelming positive reviews, I bought these and they were HORRIBLE! The taste of the first bite seemed ok...pretty crispy...but the longer I chewed, the worse it got. NO one in our family like them. I have another package, so I'll try again eventually when we all recover from this time!

I made dinner rolls and bread sticks and added grated parmesan...delicious! All of the Chebe packages say not to heat or reheat their products in the microwave, but I have reheated and everything comes out just fine.

Love them. I can't have eggs (which are called for in some of the Chebe mixes) so to substitute mix 1 T. flax seeds in 1 c. of water. Bring to a boil, simmer gently for 15 minutes, then cool. It turns very gummy and egg-like. I use my hand blender to blend it all up, then add to the Chebe mix along with rice or soy milk as the other liquid. All the Chebe doughs freeze well, so I make them up in breadstick, hot dog and hamburger bun shapes.
