Not bad at all. A little difficult to make for the first time, but after that, no problem. Great taste. Good product.

These were very easy to make and extremely good. They weren't so sweet as to make you nauseous after eating one.

Chebe Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Mix rocks! The recipe is easy to make and easy to alter in terms of how much sweetness you wish to have. It is a delectable treat and not too sweet! Little ones enjoy making the rolls and of course eating them!

My 5 year old son and I just made these, they didn't last the night! I sprinkled chopped pecans on top of some for me, they were delish! My son isn't fond of nuts, he loved his as well, he was so excited to have real cinnamon rolls. I followed the directions to a t, especially kneading the dough until it was elastic and not crumbly. Will definitely buy again.

I first used this mix for breakfast on Christmas morning. My three grandsons and my son-in-law absolutely loved them. The oldest of the three boys asked me is he could take the rest of them home! I have since reordered them because I bought 4 boxes the first time and sent the extra two home with them, too. So I ordered 4 more. They were a big hit!

This product was easy to whip up and smelled great, but I think I did something wrong when using it for my pie crust... IT never crisped up and was incredibly chewy, even the upper crust... however, I'm willing to try again!

I didn't like this product for cinnamon rolls but, loved it for pie crust for my peach pie. It also works well for other fruit pies.

I use this mix to make cinnamon rolls like the kind that come in the cardboard tube. I roll it out, spread butter, cinnamon and brown sugar (and finely chopped pecans) inside, roll it and cut into 2 inch pieces. They are amazing.

Unfortunately, we hated these. The aroma and taste is great, but that doesn't make up for the gummy, chewy inside. We will not buy these again.

I have been dealing with a gluten free diet since 1982. There have been many changes in what is available since I was first diagnosed. The Chebe mixes are easy to prepare and are great in texture and flavor. The cinnamon rollups have become a regular treat and one I enjoy.

I really like this product. I divide the dough into 16 pcs - easier to figure out than the 15 they suggest.
I roll each into a ball, flatten slightly, and press some walnuts in the middle. Then I make into a ball, encasing the nuts.
I always use the baking soda addition. And I find that my oven runs hot, so I bake at a little lower temperature and for a little less time. They are crisp on the outside and chewy inside.
Also, when I make the balls, I freeze most of them and only bake what I need. I also use baby food applesauce (preferably Dutch Apple) instead of the regular.
I almost hate to make them, 'cause I eat too many at once :-}

I tried these for the first time a few weks ago... they are another one of those great products by Chebe. Easy to prepare, great texture and flavor... and the traditional added bonus... they don't cost an arm and a leg. I highly reccomend this product.

I love this product. Our kitchen was filled with the delicious aroma of cinnamon. I could not keep the kids away from them. We made cinnamon sticks and rolled them in cinnamon sugar after baking. Who wants to eat gluten? We are all hooked. Thank you Chebe!!

I rolled the dough up and filled it with chocolate and put icing on top They were good but i prefer the texture of the dough as rolls rather than a breakfast dish. i would definately get them again and fill them with maybe cinnamon sauce

We used this mix to make a pie crust for a blueberry pie. The consistency was fine, though a little too flat and crunchy for my liking (I like a thicker, slightly chewier pie crust). I thought it had a good taste and that it might taste quite good in a different form (i.e. as roll-ups, cinnamon rolls or crackers). In addition, I'm wondering if the consistency might have been better/ different if we'd made it using the cooking method suggested by other reviewers . I'm excited to make this and other Chebe mixes again using their mixing suggestions. I also would NOT recommend using this mix for any pie crust other than perhaps an apple pie, as the cinnamon flavor was pretty strong and a little odd with blueberry.

Like most Chebe products but can't make cinnamon rolls with this mix only sticks. The dough would not roll--it was just crumbs. Very disappointing.

These were tasty, but when made as roll ups as the pasckage directs, they were very hard and difficult to chew. When I made them as breadsticks instead, and sprinkled them with sugar and cinnamon, they came out softer and easier to chew.

We had the pleasure of trying this product on New Year's Day. My daughter and I made cinnamon roll-ups for our family. They were so yummy that the plate was empty in no time at all! Many were heard to say, "Who needs gluten when these taste so good?"
