I'm from New York and grew up with the best pizza, so going gluten-free was so hard for me. I've tried every gluten-free pizza crust I could find in stores, and in every restaurant in Los Angeles where I live now. Chebe is by far the best in taste and texture. LOVE IT!

My daughter and I made a pizza with Chebe months ago and thew away the package before we realized we would not be able to find it at our local health food store again. Not being able to remember the product name, we have tried numerous other gluten-free pizzas since. We are so excited to find Chebe again. Best gluten-free pizza we have tried.

Chebe seems to have changed the formula a bit recently and it is better than ever. We make this into two small pizzas rather than one and it works very well. Gluten free pizza is the one item my little celiac has been toughest on, and this one passed the test with flying colors. Worth the effort to make the dough.

Chebe makes an excellently-flavored crust for pizza, which I have made, but I have made them into crackers also, which is fairly easily done for a mix. It is pretty sticky and doughy, as one reviewer noted, but if you reserve a small bit of the flour aside, you can use it to help you form the crust without it sticking to your hands as much. I have tried other gluten-free, soy-free, and milk-free crusts (which are hard to find), and they are not nearly as tasty as Chebe. I would buy this product again.

This is the best pizza crust ever. Our family has eaten it for nearly 5 years now and we are never disappointed. We have tried other gluten-free pizza crusts but none of them are as crispy and tasty as this one. One tip for those who have complained about the crust being too doughy: the previous baking instructions for the pizza (before they changed to this new packaging) said to bake the crust alone for 10-15 minutes before adding the toppings and baking it again. So, I still do that. I bake the crust alone for at least 15 minutes and then add the sauce and toppings and bake for another 15 minutes. It makes the crust really crispy and doesn't allow the toppings to make the pizza soggy.

This dough mix is a bit on the doughy side, but not bad. I prefer the par-baked crusts to the mixes. It seems a little too absorbent after baking.

I have used this crust for several years and is just great! If you are having problems with sticky dough, use 4 tablespoons of water or milk instead of what the package states. This makes the dough easy to handle and comes out like a true dough ball. Also pre bake it fir 10-15 mins before adding sauce, toppings, etc. Also spread olive oil on the crust and turn it over which will make for a crisper crust, then add everything else and bake for 20 minutes....Awesome!

This pizza was gross! It was very hard to make because the dough was so sticky and and hard to work with. We ended up smearing it on the pan! Then it tasted disgusting! It was chewy, not done, and slimy!

Awesome pizza crust. Just a tip, when rolling out crust onto pizza pan a wet towel under your pan will keep it from moving all over the counter. Best pizza crust on earth!!!

The Chebe Pizza Crust is the best gluten free dough we've tried. And, we've tried many. This is soft and tastes like real pizza. You can make many things with it. It holds the sauce and many veggies on top without getting soggy. Very good for entertaining, as well.

We tried the pizza crust mix for the first time over the weekend, and loved it! I was also worried about the strong scent while mixing but the flavor of this pizza crust is great, though I am not a fan of the chewiness and it is really hard to roll it thin enough so that it will cook all the way through.

I was getting desperate - I thought I would never be able to enjoy pizza again, but then I found this site and the many positive reviews for this product. Yay! This pizza crust is more than serviceable - it is very good. There is no strange taste and it is not overly chewy. I suggest adding the optional parmesan if you can eat dairy. Thank you Chebe!!!

My son & I love this pizza crust. I buy 3-4 at a time to make for baseball pizza parties. It's fairly easy to make. I use safflower oil and follow the directions as is, and it comes out perfect. An inexpensive way to have gluten-free pizza.

Amazing stuff. I love the calzone recipe on the back of the package. I find the seasoning in the dough is enough that I don't need to season the fillings, though my boy friend who likes things much spicier than I do says it's a little bland for his taste. Also makes great breadsticks: decently seasoned substitute for garlic bread (I can't have the yeasty bread, the butter or the cheese, alas.) More than worth the price. Even my picky eater non-celiac boy friend likes it.

This is a convenient way to make a quick dinner that is good and tasty. Just add meat and/or veggies and cheese and you're done. It bakes up a thin crust, which I like, and cuts easily with the pizza cutter. Definintely brush on a little olive oil for extra flavor.

I continue to use this as my #1 pizza mix. It is easy to mix up, bake, and has a great flavor to it. The other added bonus is the cost, which when you are looking at specialty items can be very costly. I highly recommend this mix. It is also important to acknowledge that this is also low in carbohydrates compared to many others.

My entire family loves this. I use flax seed oil for the oil that is called for to increase the nutritional value and also chopped up some garlic to add to the mix . I make it in a mixer. I find it is easier for me to spread it out on pan after beginning to roll it with a rolling pin with my fingers to pat it on the pan. This is always in my orders :-) !!!

I thought this pizza crust was wonderful! While making the dough, I was a little a little skeptical, but during the hand-rolling process, it all came together, and turned out wonderfully. This is a very good gluten free product. I had a little trouble rolling the dough, but the taste is very good. I would recommend using two packages if you want to make a large pizza. One package made a medium size pizza. My husband liked it also, and he's not sensitive to gluten.

A++++ Chebe is the best pizza product out. I am italian and was diagnosed with celiac about 2 years ago at the age of 26yrs. Pizza is the one thing i miss the most and when my sister-in-law found chebe we were both hooked. I have since tried all of the chebe products and have only good things to say. they make having celiac not so bad

Read all this - I'e got a great recipe for this mix... And OMG! This pizza crust mix is way better than even non-Gluten Free crusts! While on vacation w/my daughter, my niece and my mom I took 2 packets of this mix, added olive oil, herbes d'provence, parmesan cheese and crushed garlic and mixed it all together. I rolled the dough out but left it kind of thick. Then topped it with sauce and cheese, sliced eggplant, basil, tomato and garlic cloves. I baked it for a little longer than the directions called for due to the thickness of the dough i rolled it to. And, the result? My mom, daughter and niece no longer want take out pizza. They LOVE this mix, and so do I!! A+++!

This is fabulous. I made one pizza crust and several breadsticks for my son in the shape of "M" for his first name. I thought I might need some incentive for him to eat them. He gobbled them up saying they tasted yummy and the "M" was for MMM good! This mix has the perfect blend of seasonings and is so easy to make. LOVE it!!!

Chebe is the best - they are on my "keepers" list. I usu. add a touch more water while I mix this, so it comes together a bit better. Make sure to oil your surface and rolling pin; and I add a bit of brown rice flour or corn meal (all Gluten Free of course) to my pizza stone. It comes out great and holds toppings well. I've even used two together - one for a bottom pie crust - I use a springform cake pan; and the other for a layer on top to make a pizza pie, with all of the gooey toppings inside. De'Lish!!

I love this pizza crust mix. I have tried many others and this ones makes me feel like I am eating a specialty crust. The herbs in the mix add a lovely scent to my home while it is baking. If you roll the dough out very thin and cook on pizza stone you have your own thin crust pizza. I top with homemade pesto(I have a tomato allergy), steamed broccoli, grilled chicken and a mix of crumbled goat and feta cheese. My husband prefers a chebe crust pizza to any other pizza he has ever had!

I have tried many Gluten Free pizza crusts, but this is the one to buy. The mix did require more moisture than the package indicated. For me the package made two 10" crusts and loaded and baked on a pizza stone--yummy!

i love this pizza crust it has been the only gf bread thing i have liked! i use an egg replacer and do add a little extra water but i roll it out really thin and bake it for a while without toppings. that really seems to help with the gummyness of it. then of course i pile it up. love it!!!

This mix was easy to use but I found it needed more water than the directions called for in order to get the dough to a workable consistency. After putting the toppings onto the dough, I cooked the pizza in a pre-heated cast iron frying pan. The taste was good and the texture was excellent.

Delicious! I love thin crust pizza, and this is the best gf crust I have found. I mix it in a KitchenAid and finish kneading it by hand - it's very easy. Do add shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese while mixing - it really makes a difference. It makes great cold pizza for breakfast!

This dough smells and tastes fantastic right out of the oven. I found it to be less than appealing the next day though, had an odd smell. Definately not great microwaved as leftovers. It was better when I warmed it in a frying pan. I will try making one pie and freezing the 2nd crust next time, so I don't have leftover pizza.

This is the stuff. I haven't found a better mix than this one. Easy to make and comes out great, with a nice flavor. Make sure you add the flour to the egg mix a little at a time so you don't make the dough too wet; and you have to save some flour to roll with, or keep an extra bag around to use. It took me a few tries before I got the texture right for my oven, but it is worth it.

This pizza is great, my wife is a celiac so we eat gluten free and honestly i like it as much and more than regular pizza! its so easy to make and so good. everybody we have shared it with loves it. Makes not being able to eat gluten totally bareable!

I made this with an egg replacer, and it took a LOT of extra water and oil to make it come close to working as a pizza crust. The end result was very crunchy/chewy, but we really enjoyed it. It had a nice, herby flavor. Without eggs, I wouldn't say it terribly resembled pizza dough, though--more like a giant, thick cracker.

Pretty good stuff. For those on a gluten free diet, this is the best you will get. Very chewy, but in a good way. I added extra garlic powder and basil, and it was pretty tasty.

This pizza crust made me so happy - It was actually flexible enough that I could fold my pizza in half New York style. It was tasty and chewy and just the way I like it. Don't skip out on the cheese, though!

I am very picky when it comes to Pizza. I've tried several different brands; this is by FAR the best. It actually tastes like real pizza dough...My wife added one extra egg white to make the dough. I am buying 2 more packages. This is awesome. Oh yeah, my wife baked it on a pizza stone in the oven. I'm pretty sure that makes a difference too.

Super pizza mix! My husband even likes it and he generally does not like the GF stuff I must eat. We add shredded cheese to the mix but the spices and seasonings are already there. Makes great breadsticks, too.

Very delicious! I was able to make two thin (personal size) pizza crusts and bread sticks. The smell is amazing! The bread sticks taste wonderful by themselves. I will be buying this again!!!

Incredibly fast and easy to make this pizza mix. The crust seems quite hard coming out of the oven on the initial bake but softens to an agreeable texture after being baked with the toppings on. The aroma is divine!! This will be my absolute 1st choice for pizza crust mixes. My 12 year-old with Asperger's (and a very tough critic) was skeptical but intrigued by mom's gluten-free pizza. After passing the sniff test, he actually agreed to sample a piece. To my surprise, he LOVED it! He even asked if we could have it again the next night! I am SO sold!!

This is the BEST pizza crust ever....my husband loves it and he doesn't even have to eat gluten free. Pizza is the one thing that I have missed since being diagnosed and this has cured my cravings completely! I ordered a case of these and we tried it out today. It is the best pizza crust that I have tasted to date!!!! I would highly recommend it. Make sure the you have either your cheese or caesin-free cheese on hand, as the crust calls for it to use to keep the crust together. We enjoyed this immensely!!!

This is the best gluten free pizza crust made! My whole family loves it, even those that are not on a gluten free diet! All Chebe products are great! My daughter will only eat Chebe bread products! They do not taste gluten free at all! I would give this brand the highest rating possible!

Chebe is one of my family's favorite treats! Even those of us who are not on a gluten-free diet love it. It makes excellent pizza crust. I used the all-purpose to make dumplings for chicken and dumplings. It makes great dinner rolls, too. I highly recommend this and all Chebe varieties.
