Directions: You'll need:
15 oz diced tomatoes
6 oz dark beer (optional)
1. Stir diced tomatoes, 2 1/2 cups water, 3/4 cup dark beer (or water), and chili mix in medium pot over medium heat.
2. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until beans are tender.
3. Add up to 1 cup water to reduce spiciness, or stir in hot sauce to taste.
