15 oz diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil

small pan 1. In medium pot, bring 2 3/4 cups water to a boil, add lentil pack, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until lentils are tender. 2. Add 1 tbsp oil to a small pan over medium heat, then add spice pack and stir 4-5 minutes or until fragrant. 3. Add warmed spices and drained diced tomatoes to lentils, then stir. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
