This is my favorite mix ever!!! I use this to make chocolate chip cookies (the batter is almost better than the baked cookies), snickerdoodles, cupcakes etc. Very versatile and always turns out. They get eaten by everyone (and they can't tell they are gluten free!)

I have used this mixture a few times, coming up with different ways/additives and/or toppings... such as raisins, choclate chips, apple shavings, nutmeg, cinnamon, and splenda. Another one of those products you will enjoy.

I followed the directions on the package to make a pumpkin spice cake - it was dense and moist coming out of the oven and I topped it with an orange-flavored cream cheese frosting. Once in the fridge, it gets denser (also from the pumpkin) but makes a good-tasting cake that my wheat-eating friends and family enjoy. I offered up a few pieces to my culinary class and they liked it, too.

These were actually pretty good. I used Spectrum shortening to make the cookies (my son is allergic to both milk and soy so no butter or margarine for us) and they were pretty good. We made the thumbprint ones as well as the snickerdoodles (those were everyone's favorites). I try to keep some in the pantry all the time now, just in case.

Love this brand in everything. Highly recommend it to anyone. It is great that she doesn't add sugar to her products and gives us the choice to add whatever sweetener we want. Kudos, Juli for your great innovations.

Used this to make cookies for Santa with my kids. We made the Jam Thumbprints. Wonderful. Naturally sweet tasting although it is not pre-sweetened. There are recipes on the back for zuchini bread, pumpkin bread, and more.

Never tried to bake a cake with this, but I've purchased it several times to make cookies / cookie bars for my son. We are both definitely big fans. The mix itself is pretty bland, but you get to dress it up with whatever you choose - which works out for us the best anyway, due to food allergies on both of our parts.

I tried this for muffins, and they were not edible, although I followed the directions on the package. I did not try them as cookies....hesitate to buy it again, although I have had good luck with other products from The Craving Place
