These mixes are made from whole grain rice flour and all natural ingredients that make them ideal for anyone to enjoy. None of the mixes require eggs or dairy so they are also Vegan, and lactose and casein free.

Shelf life: approx 15 months.

Ingredients: Whole grain brown rice flour, non aluminum baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate of soda,corn starch {from non GMO corn}, mono calcium phosphate), baking soda, xanthan gum, sea salt.

I use this mix to make blueberry muffins. Soooo yummy. My non gluten free roommates even like them and frequently steal them from me. I also like that it contains no added sugar as I cannot eat sugar either. I add xilotol to them to sweeten them. I ussually store them in the freezer as I tend to eat them slowly. They taste really good warm coming right out of the microwave after I defrost them. They are are also good to pack in my lunch bag for a dessert/snack during the day. With this mix I feel like I am eating normal food again and like I am not allergic to gluten, because my muffins taste so good!

I used this mix to make zucchini bread-- it was amazing! It tasted even better than the zucchini bread I remember from before my diagnosis! And my 2 year old asked for seconds! We are definitely getting some more of this mix! On the back of the package, there are lots of mix-in ideas that I want to try!

EXCELLENT !!!VERY Tasty as a sweet bread, easy to make and delicious too!!!! 5 stars!!!I have ordered this many times and have never been disappointed. It is easy to make, tastes good, doesn't have a "GF" taste to it, refrigerates well and travels well in a container. I use it for conferences, traveling, and for dessert at home I highly recommend this product for the quick bread (haven't tried muffins yet).
