Another great product by Cravings Place. Everyone in my family loves this coffeecake, even my son's best friend. A scrumptious treat and easy to make!

We made this the night before a very busy Saturday and wow it was good. Tasted like the coffee cake mom use to make. I had left overs a few days later and it still was smooth and moist.

I found this cake to be pretty dry and not at all fluffy (only got about 2 inches tall, if that). Maybe I did something wrong? The crumble top also never got "done" it stayed powdery...? Still, relatively tasty.

I was diagnosed with celiac back in 1982... things have really changed since then. This is my favorite of the mixes by The Cravings Place... it is one of those mixes that gives all of us dealing with celiac a little of the past. It is easy to mix up, it has a very good flavor and texture. I like to add small bits of apple or raisins and sprinkle cinnamon/splenda on top prior to baking. It is one I recommend.

This reminds me of the coffee cake my mom made when i was a kid.....i did find it to be a little dry around the edges but I was given a new glass baking dish that is non-stick and I bet that will help plus I read other reviews and will try pineapple juice.

Wonderful! Okay, it can be a little dry, but if you're like me, you need to put butter on a coffee cake anyway. The way to go is to put some butter on a piece and throw it in the microwave for just a few SECONDS. The butter melts in to give it some moisture and the crumble topping makes it hard to resist.

Very good coffee cake. A bit dry, but that's how I like it. We're thinking of ways to experiment with it next time . . . maybe add apple slices?

Very good coffeecake! The whole family enjoyed it. I found it just a tad dry but I added a little pineapple juice to the mix and even put a few pineapples on top while it was baking and it came out wonderful! I will add a little more next time so the moisture bakes throughout. I will definitely get this again. Very flavorful. Highly recommeded. A+

Very good. I made this into mini muffins and froze some for later. The girls love them and it's so nice to have around for breakfast or an after school snack. The crumbliness of the topping makes it hard to take to school, but even the non-gluten kids yummed over these muffins. A dense cake, but that's the way they liked it!

This is really good stuff! I bought it to try, even though I'm not the one in our family who is wheat intolerant. It is nice to find things we can both eat! It tastes very good, and as far as I can tell isn't any different from the wheat variety.

Absolutely fabulous! Additional suggestions on the bag sound wonderful and I plan to try them - toppings for cobbler and crisps. Even my husband and son like this...and they rarely eat gluten-free products!!!!
