I could not eat pancakes for years because they had eggs in them. It is wonderful to eat gluten-free and egg-free pancakes. They taste delicious!!!!

This is a really great mix. I do not have to worry about finding all my other flours just to make some waffles when I have this. I just grab the bag and can mix up some truly great tasting waffles in such a short time. I love the taste, I do not feel like I am missing a thing, except for the hassle of dealing with wheat. I love this mix. It really has made my morning routines so much easier.

Both of my kids LOVE this mix, pancakes are the lightest and fluffiest of all GF pancake mixes we've tried. It can be finicky to mix up though.

Buy this mix! I cannot say enough good things about it. I have tried sooooo many other pancake mixes, most were ok, a few were awful, this one is great. It is good (quick, easy!!!) as it is but, I usually add organic sugar and gluten free vanilla extract... pancake heaven!!! My non-gluten free husband prefers these to any gluten free or non gluten free mixes we have tried.

I had read all the good reviews, but was still expecting these to taste a little "off" from regular gluten pancakes. I was pleasantly surprised though, as I can't even really tell the difference. I thought these tasted great and don't feel I'm missing out at all. It was SO STRANGE the first time I ate a pile of these, as I was so used to the sick feeling in my stomach while eating gluten pancakes I actually noticed it NOT happening with these! It's nice to experience nothing but enjoyment from food for a change. Though, I only have stainless steel pans (no non-stick surface) and corn oil to work with when cooking these, which is probably the reason they stick ferociously to the pan. They leave a layer of stuck on pancake crust on my pan when I'm done and they don't look too pretty (no effect on good taste though). They are also more absorbent than gluten pancakes, so be careful applying syrup if you don't want them mushy. I put my syrup to the side and dip them. Those are the only downsides. Overall, these pancakes are wonderful. Easy to make and delicious.

These are actually really good pancakes. I was a bit surprised, but this is the closest thing I have found to the real thing so far. A tiny bit dry, need extra syrup, but otherwise, delicious!

I added pecans and a touch of vanilla to my batter, topped the waffles off with whipped cream (and blueberries for my daughter) - My family compared them to fine restaurant quality waffles, but even better! This is an awsome product!

I made these for my 2 yo. daughter the other morning and she loved them. I did taste the batter before a put them in the frying pan and they tasted a little "blah", but a little added vanilla and stevia and they were perfect. The pancakes were moist and tender...you didn't have to eat much because they are very dense. My daughter loved them and I thought they were the best gluten free pancakes I have had. I also loved that you only have to add water!

Tastes great! It seemed to soak up the syrup and become TOO soft/mushy so I just dip the pancake or waffles into the syrup instead of pouring on top. I will definitely buy again.

It could be that I did not prepare these properly, as this product has many good reviews. However, I tried this mix twice and both times, upon adding syrup, the taste was similar to cold, wet rice. It was not terrible tasting, but not quite what I'd expected based on the stellar reviews.

Once again, glad I trusted the previous review writers. Made myself a belgium waffle this morning - cutting the recipe on the bag in half for just one waffle. I added two Tblspn of ground flax seed, handful of english walnuts and maybe a teaspoon of cinnamon. Darker in color was the only difference I noticed - the taste was really good. Happy user!! Plan to order this product again so I can try all the other recipes provided on the bag!

Awesome! Tastes just like regular pancakes. I haven't made waffles with it yet but the pancakes were delicious. My 15 year old daughter even liked them and she hasn't liked very many gluten free products so far. This mix is a must have staple in any gluten free kitchen! Worth every penny!

This is a fantastic pancake mix. I used club soda in place of the water and for added protein I added 1 egg. You couldn't tell the difference between the gf pancakes and the gluten pancakes. I will be ordering these often. My husband who is not celiac will be enjoying these right alongside of me.

This works great in a traditional waffle maker, but it will take a bit of trying it different. I put a pat or two of melted butter in the mix and it didn't stick and gave it a taste more like something you see in a resturant or hotel buffet. Experiment with this and you will love it.

This mix was awful! There was no taste and it stuck to the pan and then the waffle iron when I tried it another time on that. I would not recommend this mix to anyone. I was VERY disappointed since I've used other mixes by them and had great success. Very sad.

This mix is great for waffles -- many friends who are not gluten free are surprised at how delicious they are when they eat them at my house. I make extra to freeze and reheat in the toaster oven on work mornings. Not as good as pancakes as waffles -- maybe the eggs and stuff added would help -- but we LOVE them as waffles.

Our first attempt was delicious and we enjoyed our pancakes. The instructions for mixing are a little vague, and will take a little testing with how much water to use for the right consistancy. This mix has inspired me to purchase a waffle maker to try those results. Loved the flavor and can be embelished with cinnamon, blueberries or other fruits.

My 2 year old son has recently been diagnosed as needing gluten/dairy/soy/peanut free diet. So giving up bread/pancakes/etc would have been torture for him! So we made blueberry pancakes w/ this mix this morning. They are bit denser than "normal" pancakes, but I don't think he noticed. We still added syrup, too. I think we will try more water and/or egg next time to see if that works a little better.

This mix makes pretty good pancakes, but they are obivously gluten-free with a kind of strange texture. But, there is an alternate recipe on the back for making biscuits with the mix. They are delicious and soft and flaky! I'm a horrible baker, but it is easy enought for even me to do as well as for my 5-yr-old celiac daughter to help with. Perfect for weekend mornings together. :0

I like this mix the best, although I add eggs, milk, and honey to the mix to beef it up with some flavor. The waffles it makes are very dense, but I like them that way so I can make a whole bunch and freeze them. You can always thin the batter down if you need to.

My husband and I have used this mix twice to make waffles. We have found we have to cook the waffles longer, to a bit of a darker color, than we used to do with normal waffle batter. Even so, these come out heavier than real waffles and with a moister consistency (a bit like potato pancakes, which fortunately I like). You will need to add your own sweetener for the mix to come out tasting breakfasty.
