Cream Hill Estates are committed to helping people on gluten free diets by producing and distributing guaranteed pure oats in flakes, whole grain oat flour and whole oat kernels (groats).They contract directly with farmers whose families, like theirs, know about celiac disease from personal experience and thus are steadfast in protecting the oats from cross-contamination with other grains during growth. Their fields have been wheat-, barley- and rye-free for at least 3 years before their oats are planted. Their pure oats production uses only dedicated or thoroughly cleaned equipment in planting, harvesting, transport, processing and packaging. No cross-contamination is allowed. They rigorously monitor the quality of their processes and products using certified seed labs and the highly sensitive and internationally recognized R5-ELISA test for gluten-free purity.

Lara's Rolled Oats taste great with honey or agave syrup. The oats are smaller so it's a creamier texture and not chewy. I like to use them in no bake cookies too.

Lauras Oats have been a great alternative to eggs and rice bread or fruit for breakfast. I took the makers advice and eat them about 2 times a week for now until I get used to the increased fiber. Gluten-free breads are pretty deficient in fiber. Lauras oats are great! Absolutely identical to oats I have eaten in the past. Did you know that the growers have to have their fields free from wheat, rye and barley for 3 years before this company will consider using their oats? I think that is awesome.

I LOVE these oats! I make them with soy milk and they are so creamy and dreamy! Add a little extra milk and the creamier they get! Thanks so much, I've been craving them since I found out I was gluten intolerant (about 4 mo. ago)

I agree with Mary previously, these oats do not get creamy like the oats I remember when I was young. I don't care though, they were still very nice after being without oats for nearly 20 years. My first bowl I was in heaven. My grandma, a north english lady, made porridge for me all the time. Nothing healthier or heartier. I am Australian by birth, so I am able to make ANZAC Biscuits (cookies) again too. Lifes good!

If you were a Quaker oatmeal fan - these are different. They are good, but not how I remember oatmeal. But they make awesome granola bars. I can't really buy granola bars (they always have something I'm allergic to) and when I've tried to make homemade ones they fall apart. But there is a recipe in the box for homemade granola bars that is excellent. Cut them when they come out of the oven and then let them sit and cool before you take them out of the pan. They are nice and don't fall apart. I substituted choc. chips for the raisins and almonds for the peanuts and I can't stop eating them!

We love these oats. My husband is gluten intolerant so I decided to eat these with him. They are better in our opinion when soaked for about 30 minutes or so, then cooked. They are much creamier. Hope this helps. Reminds me of the oatmeal my mother used to make. I have even put dates and apples in them for a extra vavoom. Great

Rolled oats are thicker than the stuff you will mostly find that is "qucik cooking". This is the best/healthier type of oats. My child loves it with cinnamon, gluten-free vanilla and a touch of Stevia and salt. Cooks in 10 minutes on the stove top.

I really enjoy the flavor of these oats, but I did find them to be slightly hard recently. What I like to do is pulse them in a blender or food processor for a few seconds. It makes them very creamy as well as a fair bit softer.

I didn't care for these. They are thick and don't get super creamy like regular oats. I haven't tried otehr gluten-free oats yet so maybe they are all like that but i won't by these again.
