These are very good. Soft and chewy, and not too sweet because the chocolate is dark but I prefer that. The fact that I'm ordering them again is enough to show they're good.

These cookies are delicious! But one word of caution: don't let other family or friends who are not on a gluten-free diet taste these cookies! If you do you will find your supply of macaroons dwindling rapidly. I would continue ordering and eating these cookies even if I didn't have to avoid gluten.

These were great, with a nice chewy coconut flavor. They were a generous size so you know you've had a cookie! Maybe a touch too sweet, but not unusual for a macaroon.
