High bush blueberries have been grown in the pine barrens of New Jersey for nearly 100 years. This blueberry blossom produces a drop of nectar visible to the human eye. At the end of blueberry bloom in NJ , our bees travel to Down East Maine for another blueberry crop. These blooms result in a delicious honey extracted and bottled without heat and filtration. It may contain bits of pollen, propillis and beeswax.

I love this honey. It is the one I buy now . It is kind of expensive, but worth it. Use it on crackers, toast, bagels, and in cooking.
