I have used Domata flour as a replacement for regular flour for making numerous batches of butter and chocolate chip cookies and pie crust. They all came out great. I highly recommend Domata flour for any recipe calling for flour.

This is wonderful flour, and takes the guesswork out of baking! My husband uses it now for breading, and it is better than wheat flour because it doesn't burn so easily. Makes a lovely golden crust and is very light and flaky. I love this stuff.

This flour already has xanthan gum added, which I didn't realize originally. I wanted to use it in several different recipes before I made up my mind. Since I have now, I don't see ever going to a different brand. I've tried several mixes and they're all fairly decent as far as gluten-free goes. The breads and cakes I've made with this, though, come out moist and smooth-textured, with hardly even a hint of the usual graininess I've come to expect *grudgingly* from most other all-purpose flour mixes. It's become a staple in my house - definitely a keeper.

This all purpose flour is just that ALL PURPOSE! It is absolutely wonderful for any type of baking! I use it for everything! It is my go to flour mix!!

This is a great all purpose flour. (No, really!) I haven't used it for most of my baking needs but I found a niche where is has no equal: batter. I make homemade chicken nuggets with Domata and they turn out pretty good. Four out of five, but only because the nuggets end up being a bit dry. All other all-purpose flours I have tried end up making the chicken too sticky, crunchy or the flour just doesn't hold up to the heat of the oil.
So, if batter for frying is something you have been looking for to replace in your non-GF recipes, Domata is #1.

This is the best flour I have found after searching for over 10 years. Damata Flour is amazing. I just substitute it 1 for 1 in ANY recipe and no one can tell its not wheat flour. The taste is the same as is the texture. I am so thankful I found it.

Oh, my goodness! I love this flour. It measures just like regular flour and eliminates the need to concoct your own gluten free version. I make chocolate chip cookies with it all the time, and my family loves them. Just follow any recipe replacing the regular flour with Domata. Also avoid stirring or beating your recipes any more than you have to. There are good videos and recipes on youtube or on the Domata Living Flour website. Good luck!

We tried this flour and found it to be a very good replacement for regular wheat flour. It works very well in just about everything, and you don't have to add lots of other ingredients. It tastes good also.

I love this flour. I like you don't have to add anything to it just use it in place of regular flour! I've used it to make pancakes, choc. chip cookies, gravy, banana bread and etc. I haven't adjusted anything in my normal recipes. Love it!

I have been using this flour for more than a year. I use it as a replacement for "all purpose" wheat flour 1:1. No one can tell that cakes, cookies, muffins, etc. aren't made of wheat.

For the past four years I've been a Bio-energetic Practitioner in Bolivar, Missouri. We've used the Domata Living Flour. It is great for persons with Celiac and other gluten intolerant persons (just about everyone). You can use it to bake anything that you would normally use flour. Your family will probably not even notice that it's different, but you'll know that it's good for them. It's awesome!
