These are really yummy, I don't find them chalky at all. The ginger taste is not too strong. It is just right. They are soft and chewy, wonderful!

I thought these were yummy. A tiny bit chalky but I sealed the bag and they lasted a week after I opened them. I also ate a third on my first sitting, they are really good!

All of the cookies from this company are more like thick bars or brownies than cookies. Very heavy on the stomach, but good flavor.

These were OK. My daughter hadn't had gingerbread before so that may have been why she didn't prefer them. I thought they tasted fine.

I love ginger! These go great with morning coffee or tea whichever you perfer. They are a bit spicer then I expected, so if you are not a total ginger lover, then you may not want to buy a full box. They are terrific if you are pregnant and have any stomach aches!

The overall taste of these cookies is good, but they do exhibit the graininess that is a problem in commercially available gluten free baked goods. They are fine with some tea, but on the dry side. I was desperate for a gingersnap one day and got them, and they were fine. I would recommend them, but don't think that they are remarkably good.

They are soft and dense, with a great spicy flavor. However, I noticed they dried out quickly once opened, so make sure you eat them soon after opening OR store them in a very air-tight bag. Once they were drier, they ended up kind of crumbly, and that wasn't as good - so I crumbled them and used it as a crumb topping, which was very good. I like that these cookies aren't heavy or greasy. A great Gluten Free, allergy friendly treat!

These cookies are great! The look is a little odd, and most people who see them and don't know that they are gluten free food give them a funny glance, they are soft and chewy. They really made my Christmas holiday, since the Celiac disease is a new diagnosis and I love my gingerbread during the wintertime! Great option for gluten free!

I really like these soft, molasses-ginger type cookies. They have a lot of flavor and a soft texture. Once opened, though, they can dry out quickly. Of course, they aren't around long enough for that to be much of a problem.

These cookies have a strong, spicey flavor and a soft, chewey texture. They come twelve to a box, which is reasonably priced for gluten-free products. There is somewhat of a flat aftertaste.

I normally don't like gingerbread cookies, but these are addictive. I tried one and wondered how to get rid of the rest, but then a couple minutes later found myself wanting more. Once you get past the strong gingerbread taste the texture makes it a great snack.

These were so tasty and satisfying! I was afraid I'd be disappointed and having spent 50 cents a cookie, I was leary. Two of these was super satisfaction, and they didn't taste weird at all. Wish I could find a bread like that!

Since being diagnosed with celiac disease, I have been struggling to find sweets and breads similar to those made with wheat flour/ gluten. I used to bake my own sweets and bread all the time but was afraid to tackle the weird flours until recently. As a result I settled for hard, salty, poor imitations of the 'real' thing or nothing at all. Until I discovered these cookies. I love them. In fact, even if by some miracle I could eat wheat again, I still would choose these cookies. I wish they came with more cookies to the package so I could have more without all the packaging, but I will settle for what I can get... but if you are listening at Enjoy Life foods... please give us larger sizes! :)
