Excellent product. I use them to make mini pizzas in oven and also to make grilled ham and cheese panini type sandwiches. A great substitute for a real tortilla or as a replacement for bread. I will definitely buy again. My daughter likes them too and doesn't have to eat gluten free.

Nice flavor, but they crack and fall apart when rolling. As had been mentioned by another user, they would be best suited for quesadillas or another type of dish made in this manner. Note: I did try warming them up first, but it did not seem to help. One might try steaming them, but I prefer a quick and easy preparation when not necessary.

This is an okay alternative to a tortilla. I find these to be a bit waxy and hard to roll. It does work well in a quesadilla.

These tortillas are good but you absolutely need to warm them first. Be careful because like many gluten-free products, they crumble easily. I use them to make chips and they are delicious. Brush with olive oil and minced garlic, bake on cookie sheet till golden then flip to do the same. My girls love them- even prefer over doritos- pretty amazing!

The taste of these tortillas is very very good. I was very disappointed though; when I received my 2 packages they were both all cracked. I sure made the best of them though: they made the best ever nachos. First I put the broken pieces in a baking pan and put them under the broiler, then when they were nice and toasted, I put on shredded cheese, salsa, jalapenos, etc. and back under the broiler. What a treat!

I ordered these and kept them in the freezer until I found vegan cheese. At first, I just thought they were ok. Then I went to a vegan restaurant and ordered a breakfast burrito with this same brown rice tortilla. It was delicious! That is when it hit me: I HAVE THESE AT HOME! I revisited mine in the freezer, added better ingredients, delicious!

I love these! I put them in the oven to make crispy for a great pizza crust. To use as a wrap I put a moist paper towel around one then cook in the microwave about 20 sec. That makes it a little more pliable. Put your filling in then wrap up & cook in a skillet on each side til slightly crisp.

These tortillas are great to make thin pizza. They are cooked in your oven at 500F for 3 min on a pizza sheet. Oil both sides. Top it like a regular pizzas. They taste great!

We did not like this product. First, there were no instructions on the package as to how to cook them. We warmed them in the microwave and they tasted like cardboard. Unless someone has cooking instructions, then we won't be buying this product again.

This is ok... They are kind of tough, certainly not as soft as regular tortillas. They cannot be rolled like a regular tortilla you have to fold them more like a taco... Other than that, the taste is not too bad, kind of bland. I have found that these work better in a casserole (Taco or enchilada casserole).

These are absolutely delicious when hot. Just stick them in a toaster oven with cheese, veggies, or just a a little butter. You can bend them like a burrito (after they come out of the oven) or eat them like flatbread.

These tortillas are a bit difficult to use if they need to be folded. I found that if you spray them with a little water before heating in the mocrowave, they become more pliable. They are still preferable than trying to make homemade ones. I haven't been successful with making them from scratch.

We make quesadillas in a skillet with two layers of tortilla when we have left over chicken. I add sauteed onion and shredded cheese. I have a huge spatula that I turn them with. I cut into wedges and serve with sour cream and guacamole. It is one of our favorite left over nights!

I eat these ever day, so I keep a bag in the fridge. I microwave for about 20 seconds, put sandwich toppings in (usually smoked salmon and capers) and fold over once. The texture does not always allow for a true wrap presentation, but they are delish. I hate gluten free breads because they are so dense, but these are awesome. They are also really good for pizza.

I read the stellar reviews that others posted for Food For Life Whole Grain Brown Rice Gluten-Free Tortillas, and I have to wonder if I got an off batch. I did not like them at all. They were rubbery at first, then crumbly after a few days in the fridge. They were not very flexible.

I am so happy to find a gluten free, soy free and egg free sandwich offering. They can be a bit dry but I melt a bit of butter on them in the microwave and they are softer and less crumbly. they taste great.Â Thank you for this product.

I like these as a tortilla alternative, but the rest of these users are correct in saying it falls apart when you heat it and then fold it. It is recommended to only use them for flat items like quesadillas or homemade mexican pizza. I have yet to find a gluten free tortilla that doesn't fall apart when you fold it.

Size is good, but I recommend using for things like quesadillas, etc, rather than wraps/sandwiches, as the tortillas aren't flexible and simply crack when folded.

My family LOVES these, and we buy them by the case. I thaw them completely before using them, and then I fry them on a frying pan to make our quesadillas. I have NEVER had a problem with them cracking or having inconsistent textures. My three-year old and six-year old eat these with no problem. I don't think I could survive being g-free without these; they are a staple in our home!

I am sorry, but I did not enjoy these tortillas at all. Parts of the tortilla was dry and cracked and other parts were rubbery and chewy also they had a very odd taste. I tried to heat them up to see if the texture or flavor got better, it didn't matter they are just not good.

These are very good, much better then corn, they actually fold. I'd toss them either on a skillet really quick or in the nuker for about 5 seconds, too long and they'll get hard. Very yummy.

These tortillas are amazing! You can make thin pizzas, or quesadillas, or burritos, or just a lunch tortilla sandwich with all the fixings! It's so versatile and tastes great! I love this item and would highly recommend it. I recently made some awesome quesadillas with them and my husband couldn't even tell the difference between regular tortillas and these awesome ones!

My daughter tried these upon a friend's recommendation and RAVED about them. She only used them as shells for pizzas, topped with marinara, cheese & veggies and baked at 350 for about 10 minutes. She really liked them and requested more. I'll be buying several packages.

The Gluten Free Whole Grain Rice Tortilla's are a great addition to Food For Life's product line. They taste good- don't fall apart and are a nice addition to any gluten free meal. The nutritional profile is good. Although, I'd like to see the sodium reduced a bit for those who are gluten sensitive and have elevated blood pressure issues this would be a bonus. Possibly in the future.

I bought these wraps largely because of the glowing reviews others had posted. I even went out and bought $20 worth of sandwich fixings in anticipation of having a yummy wrap. These things are gross on a stunning level! Waxy, hard and chewy, totally not flexible, and a disgusting flavor. How a tortilla could be so off-the-mark is beyond me. There only redeeming quality is that they don't get soggy, but that's because they're like rubber sheets. Awful awful awful. I managed to choke it down, but then had an upset stomach for hours afterward. I tried to give it to the dog, but she wouldn't touch it - and she eats everything. I tried giving it to the ducks and even they turned away. Epic fail!

I've purchased this product and it is delicious!! I layer lunch meat, carrot sticks, lettuce and cheese in it and roll it up with the paper it comes with (so convenient and it holds it together) and microwave just to slightly warm....makes a great sandwich wrap! Also have brushed with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and baked in 350 oven till crunchy. And can top with cheese and melt in oven...wonderful snack!!! Great product...finally for us gluten free people...it's the real thing!
