These would have been perfect: they're low carb, high fiber, they have omega 3s, they're sturdy enough to hold cheese and spreads. Unfortunately, they've been flavored with Bragg's liquid aminos -- YUCK! Consequently, they taste like 1970s health food. The makers of these crackers should have figured out by now that bad taste doesn't mean "healthful".
