This was my first experience with gluten free english muffins, so I did not know what to expect. When I used to be able to eat wheat, I was very picky about my english muffins. Well, these were a pleasant surprise! Once you get used to the slight sweetness (which I guess comes from the tapioca), they are extremely enjoyable to eat. The texture is perfect -- very soft yet the edges get nice and crispy -- and they do not fall apart as easily as a lot of other products.

Thank you George!
New to Gluten-Free foods, I was dubious about whether gluten-free English muffins were going to rate.. and they do! Light and fluffy, they won't fool you into thinking you're eating a "real" English Muffin.. but they're perfect for breakfast sandwiches, soups & stews, and as a carrier for home made apple butter!
Sure, they're more of an English muffin-y biscuit, but that's ok-- they're worth getting!

These are by far one of the BEST packaged items I've had. Excellent for toasting and making egg muffins, or just with butter and or jam!

My daughter loves these, they are very versatile. She usually has them for breakfast either as a breakfast sandwich or split in half with butter, sugar substitute and cinnamon. As a lunch or dinner food she likes them made into little pizzas. Plain these muffins are wonderful.

OMG! This is by far the best tasting prepared bread I've eaten. Finding gluten free bread that doesn't taste like styrofoam is a challenge, and I have mixed feelings about making it fresh. My experience has been a lot of work for mediocre bread, or spending a ton of money for really BAD bread. This isn't "quite" an English muffin, being quite a bit thicker and softer in the middle. But the flavor is SO much better than I was expecting! I fried an egg, topped it with cheese and sandwiched it between 2 toasted slices, and my mouth is in heaven! I think this will also work for hamburger buns as well.

I like this product. The center doesn't get real hard after toasting it. I have not been able to find good english muffins at the stores. Put an egg or jelly on it and out the door you go.

These are my favorite for nuking and using for hamburger buns--but chewier, don't fall apart, and hold up to a wet hamburger.

I was not too happy with these. To me they had a texture like a sponge, and the taste wasn't all that great.

Although they were not like regular English muffins they were good. I use them to make my own Egg Mcmuffin for breakfast. They are also good for sandwiches any time. Light and toast up nicely, can also be used to make a light garlic bread to go with dinner.

These weren't really english muffin like, but i think they were even better. I have them for breakfast every morning. They're amazing toasted, and don't even need butter or jam. They're light, fluffy, and moist (and really good!)

I love all the "Foods by George", but these are one of my favorites! I used to be able to buy these at my local supermarket, but they don't seem to carry them anymore.

These are not really english muffins. They are more like rolls or biscuits. But the flavor is good, and they toast up well, so I would get them again. I just wish somebody would make something with nooks and crannies!
