This cheese sauce is excellent. Very good over broccoli. I have used it over macaroni for macaroni and cheese. I have also used it over gluten-free tortilla chips and spicy meat for great nachos.

Wow you need to try this over English muffins like eggs benedict! And of course it is great over macaroni for mac and cheese. I even tried it over cauliflower and baked it in the oven as my mother used to do, yum.

This is the best cheese sauce I have found. It tastes good and I make both GF and non GF mac and chesse with it and everyone loves it. Aside from the great taste it is also lower and fat than most other sauces. Versitle too, use it on veggies, pasta or rice. Would definately recommend you give it a try.

I used this in a chicken broccoli casserole. It was great! It would be good over elbow noodles for mac & cheese too.

This cheese sauce is wonderful! My 4 yr old loves this & ask's for seconds every time I make Mac-n-cheese for her. I have also used this to make an old favorite, Tater Tot caserole which we had stopped since her Gluten Allergy, now we can have it again. This cheese sauce & the other's by this company make it possible to give my kids those childhood meals I had as a kid. It is stronger on the salty side but I just add more water to thin it out which then makes it go further.

This is by far my favorite cheese sauce mix of all time - even more so than cheese sauces from back in the day when I had no idea had celiac disease! There is very little fat and so few calories that I don't feel like a fatty after eating :0) Buy this if you love macaroni & cheese, steamed veggies & cheese, or if you enjoy nacho cheese and chips (just add a little bit of salsa after preparing the sauce and allowing it to cool a bit). A++++ and 5 stars all the way!

It was easy to make, had a smooth texture, and taste was good. I used it on veggies. I wouldn't buy it regularly due to the price.

You will love this even if you are not on a restricted diet. Try adding this to potato soup on a cold day. Better make lots if you want left overs for lunch the next day.

This cheese sauce is sooooo good! And it has only 17 calories per serving! This is a great addition to my Wheat / Gluten free / Weight Watcher diet. Very tasty over rice pasta or broccoli!
