I use this as a base for many soups I make at home, and some casseroles that need to be more creamy. My only problem with the product is the price, and that it isn't available locally.

This was DELICIOUS and the texture was about the same as the gluten-full version. This tasted so much better! I would highly encourage you to have this on hand for your cooking.

Worked well for our favorite chicken & broccoli casserole. We used the broth from boiling the chicken as the additional liquid. Texture and flavor was better than using the red label can of "cream of" condensed soup!

I have many family loved recipes that call for "cream of " soup. I used the gf cream soup mix and a can of sliced mushrooms to make an old tuna and noodle casserole soup that the whole family loved. The mix allows for flexibility and creativity.

I have really missed my King Ranch casserole and my Chicken & Green Chile casseroles so I order a couple of packages of the cream soup mix to try. I was worried about the texture and flavor but all the worry was for nothing. This mix has brought my favorites back to life. Using chicken broth or adding mushrooms works perfectly for any of your "Cream of" soups.

So, I've been wanting to make my cheesy potatos GF for a while now and didn't know what to use to substitute the cream of mushroom soup. Saw this product and decided to try it. I made up the soup and added a can of mushrooms, chopped up. I made the cheesy potatos and served them at a birthday party dinner. I told everyone that they were GF, and some people made a face. Then they tried them . . . they loved them and said they were better than the ones they make at home! This soup has a wonderful flavor even before adding anything extra to it.

This is wonderful! I boiled mushrooms and used the water & pieces for the soup. The same with chicken. I will definitely order some more of this.

This is a great thickener. It doesn't clump up and taste gooey like corn starch. I have used it in shepherd's pie, chicken and rice, and chicken noodle soup. It also makes great gravy.

This cream soup mix is good for making gravies and for creating a cream of mushroom soup. I have been looking for a good alternative to cream of mushroom soup and this fits the bill. I added seasoning and mushrooms to enhance the taste.

I am gluten-free but my husband is not. I used this to make my King Ranch casserole that calls for cream of chicken soup. Both my husband and I were very satisfied with taste. I am getting ready to order more.

I used this to make my own green bean casserole and creamed corn over Thanksgiving. Remember to put as MUCH seasoning of your own in to add flavor. I am not much of a cook and this was my first attempt, but at least I had some casserole dishes similar to the real thing. I will know to prepare seasonings much stronger for this, but at least there is something to work with.

I finally found a cream soup base that is FULL of flavor! It makes the best broccoli cheese soup and sausage gravy! It is delicious...even my non gluten free family members loved it and could taste no difference!
