Anne Swanson owned a national mail order company offering premium soups, sauces and gravies. She discovered her intolerance to wheat years before celiac disease was well known or recognized by most of the medical profession. Her then oldest son, Mark, began selling gluten-free products as Full Flavor Foods and the business expanded with an improved variety of choices. They make gluten-free sauce mixes, gluten-free soup mixes and gluten-free gravy mixes. All of their products are gluten-free, wheat-free, barley-free, oat-free, rye-free, msg-free, trans fat-free, nut-free, egg-free and free of artificial flavors, dyes and preservatives.
