DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot, bring 5 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Add pasta to boiling water and cook, uncovered, 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Rinse and drain well. Use as you would ordinary penne.
