Used these in a meatloaf recipe and WOW it was delicious! My daughter won't eat anything that 'looks funny,' but she inhaled it and asked for leftovers the next night. These crumbs were a lifesaver since we became gluten-free/casein-free.

These bread crumbs are spectacular. I keep a tub on hand in my freezer, and none of my friends who have eaten foods made with these crumbs have noticed that they are not normal bread crumbs, EVER.

I love these breadcrumbs!
They are great for meatloaf or other main dish that calls for breadcrumbs.
They have a great flavor and they don't taste processed.
I will order this again!
My family loved it!

These breadcrumbs are a good product to use when trying to fry chicken the "old" way. I've used almost the whole package (over time, they go a long way!) and I've never been disappointed. They are a little pricey, so when I use them for coating chicken, I freeze what's left in the bowl for the next time, that way I don't waste them.
I've not used them as filler or to make a gravy more thick, so I can't speak about that. However, these are now a staple in my pantry and I'll be buying more when I use these all up!

I have bought this product several times. I have been very satisfied. I am the only one in my family that has to watch my gluten intake, however, the wife and kids love this as well.

SO happy to find good tasting bread crumbs! Have used these & the Italian flavored ones in meatloaf, as coatings for fish, and to sprinkle on top of casseroles. I was afraid I'd need to use a lot, but they work just as well and in the same quantities as any commerical bread crumbs would. Excellent product.

These bread crumbs are fantastic! They make a wonderful meatloaf, and we use them to coat pork chops and chicken, in place if shake and bake. I wish that they came in a larger size.

These bread crumbs are excellent. I used them for stuffing during the holidays. My son did not feel left out and throughly enjoyed the dressing with his gravy. I also used them for chicken, shrimp and his favorite, chicken fried steak. Another great product.

This is a good product to use in meatloaf or as a filler. However it doesn't do as well as a coating. The overall flavor quality was good.

I used this along with the cream soup item to make my cream corn. It worked great, but I did add more than the regular recipe suggested because upon putting it together it was VERY soupy and runny. It had to be cooked an extra 15-20 minutes, but I am not much of a cook and adjusting times and ingredients is all trial and error. It was just nice to be able to have the dish for me on Thanksgiving.

these are very very good as everyone else said in meatballs and baked foods like chicken parm. I did as another rater did and ground these finer then combined them with the cornflake crumbs and italian seasonings and they made excellent chicken fingers

This product is great for baking things like meatballs, however I found frying things in it's natural form isn't it's best suite. I personally enjoyed the crunch when I made chicken, but my friend who doesn't have any form of food allergy didn't enjoy it as much as me. (Although she didn't mind it, but she's very supportive and wouldn't tell me if she did. Ha ha.) We thought of a few ways to make it less crunchy and we found grinding it into a powder was the best way to use it for frying.

Made some awesome meatballs, first ones I have had in a year.
Also used to make chicken parm breading. Very good texture.
Taste is a little off from regular bread crumbs but who cares, I can eat this.

These are good! But oh so expensive (I'm used to making my own out of gluten-free corn flakes cereal). The bread crumbs are very fine (not crumbly, but more powdery) - FYI. But it's SO nice to have a gluten-free, dairy-free bread crumb available!!!

We have tried many of the bread crumbs to coat chicken, pork or to add to hamburger for meatballs and these are the ONLY ones that my family will eat. They taste just like their wheat counterpart and allow me to cook one meal rather than some gluten free and some regular. I have happily served meals with these bread crumbs to guests!
