INGREDIENTS: White Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Water, Soy Flour, Guar Gum, Egg Whites, Soya Oil, Yeast, Salt, Raw Cane Sugar.

Directions: Remove from freezer and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Place dough on a dusted table and knead cold until firm. Roll out and place on a 12" pizza tin, crimp edges and add your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake at 375F degrees until golden brown - approximately 15 minutes.

I think this dough is better than most, but not the best GF pizza dough I've tasted. Next time I will add spices and precook before adding toppings. Hopefully it will be better then. I will buy again because it is convenient to have in the freezer and definitely better than the premade GF pizzas.

This is the best GF pizza I have found. I have tried many recipes and already prepared pizza since my diagnosis, 10 years ago. I pre-bake the crust before adding toppings. This prevents the sogginess some reported. Great with homemade pesto!

This pizza dough is really good. It's easy to roll out and smells like real pizza dough. It can get a little soggy while baking but overall it cooks up nicely. I make a white pizza with spinach and tomatoes and it's really good.

Very good dough, although I have never made pizza with it. One of the things I miss most from my pre-celiac life are pepperoni rolls, and this dough makes very good ones.

This is fine if you want an easy to make crust. It has no spices in it like the Chebe crusts do. You have to watch it carefully when you cook it so it does not get too crisp, otherwise you can just use it for a frisbee. Maybe its my oven.

This is by far my families favorite pizza dough! The texture is much like that of pizzas we gave up before we went gluten free. It makes a nice size pizza that feeds the three of us in our family that are celiacs with at least two large pieces each. This is a staple now in our house. Thank goodness!
