These are the best gluten-free rolls/buns that I have tried. I cannot eat anything containing a milk product, so that limits my choices. However, these rolls easily surpass regular gluten white bread rolls in flavor and texture, and enhance a variety of toppings. I'm delighted to find it available at Gluten-Free Mall.

These are the best gluten free hamburger buns I have tried. I first tried these hamburger buns at Margaritaville in Myrtle Beach because they have a gluten free menu. I had not had a cheeseburger on a bun in a restaurant in a very long time and was so excited about how good it was. I asked the manager what kind of buns they used and they told me Gillian's. I also love Gillian's gluten free bread crumbs. It is the closest to the Italian bread crumbs I used prior to being diagnosed with celiac disease.

These french rolls aren't bad but aren't great either. They are soft but a little dry. They taste best after being defrosted in a microwave and then toasted. I recomment gluten free cream cheese or butter and jelly.

These are the best hamburger buns/french rolls on the market I've found. Not too heavy, as with most frozen gluten free bread.

Very good-especially when cut in half and toasted. Consistency was uniform and the portion size handy.

I loved these rolls. I thought that they would be hard and crusty (as are most other rolls) but they were great, expecially toasted. My husband (who does not have to eat gluten free) also really likes them!

I use these to make Italian style breadcrumbs. I pulverize the entire bag of rolls in a food processor, add 1 cup of grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese, 3 tablespoons of Italian spice seasonings mix, 1-2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of dried parsley, 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 2 tablespoons of white sugar and pepper to taste. I put it all in a gallon size zip-lock bag and shake thoroughly. I hould be stored in the freezer as the yeild is quite large. If you do not use the breadcrumbs within a week to 10 days, they can devleop green mold. I use these for breading meat, chicken and fish as well as to make meatballs and meatloaf. The breadcrumbs also are great with a little melted margarine or butter and sprinkled on top of casseroles.

I like these. Best so far to use as hamburger buns. I toast them and my picky eater eats them with well dressed hamburgers.

These are okay. Still a bit dry and crumbly, but at least not rock hard and the density of a brick. Would enjoy them more if they are presliced, though. I tend to store them in the freezer until needed but they are very hard to slice frozen, so you must let them thaw, then slice them. Also, they are good toasted, but I don't imagine they would be good untoasted.

What a relief! My husband is soooo happy that he now can have a burger WITH a bun; they're great! I just freeze them individually and he uses them as needed, just pop them in the microwave, they're ready to go.

These taste very good and are handy to take with you to eat a sandwich or hamburger out (nuke first). They freeze well.

I am finally able to have an Egg McMuffin again. These are so large that they would be good for hamburgers too, or would be great toasted with butter & jam!

This is the best by far! These buns make hamburgers a treat! They toast well and make wonderful sandwiches. If you miss them, sandwiches are still the best

A nice roll here! Good flavor. A bit on the crumbly side when I sliced them before warming in the microwave. After warming, they were moist and tender - and stayed that way till I finished my hamburger! Will by agin.

The nice thing about these rolls is that they have some air in them and are fluffy, not dense. They are nice when toasted a bit, and do not fall apart too easily. Makes a nice sandwich or hamburger bun.

I thought these were pretty decent. They are really easy to prepare - just pop it in the microwave for 1.5 min and it's ready to go. It holds its shape really well and doesn't crumble apart like a lot of GF breads. The taste isn't amazing but it's definitely good.

This was the worst ever. First of all, they aren't cut in half...just a little sliver off the top. I'm OK with the no taste but had a problem when I put the meat on the bun and it fell apart...the bun that is. SO VERY disappointed and so very desperate for a good bun. I'll stick to the bread slices.

The texture is more like a yeast roll than a hamburger bun, but they are very tasty and great out of the microwave. The package says to freeze them, so you could buy several packages and not have to worry about spoilage.

Excellent product. My 6yr. old loves it. We can now have a "normal" looking hambuger. Heat in microwave for 1 min. and it comes out soft & tasty. Didn't crumble or fall apart. Yeah!
