Try Gillian's favorite gluten free stuffing recipe:

1 box Stuffing 1/2 cup fresh Parsley, chopped
9 oz Pork Sausage, remove 1 cup gluten free chicken stock from casing and break apart 2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Onions, chopped freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup butter

Saute sausage, onions and celery together with butter until cooked. Let cool. Add chopped parsley, eggs, pepper, chicken stock and stuffing and mix all together until bread is moist. Stuff your bird.

Be creative! - add your favorite ingredients; chestnuts, apples, cranberries, spinach, etc.

Shelf Life: 9 months

Ingredients: water, white rice flour, egg whites, soybean oil, tapioca flour, soy flour, guar gum, salt, yeast, sugar, thyme, oregano, black pepper, mustard powder, sage.

Sadly, this wasn't what I expected either. When I began reading the instructions I knew, when it said to add spices and other ingredients, it wasn't going to be the 'stuffing' I expected. It's bread cubes that are very slightly seasoned, and I mean slightly. My daughter did like it, but I added a lot of my own spices to make it taste the way it did. It came out quite mushy, but that could be my error. Next time, I will buy croutons or just make my own cubes. Gillian's needs to make a new and improved version before I would buy it again.

I made this stuffing for myself on Thanksgiving, and I was very pleased with the taste, as well as the texture. I did mix it with some carrots, celery and onion as I do regular stuffing before baking. Very good.

First off, let me say that this isn't what I expected it to be. I expected a stuffing mix that included all the spices (a la StoveTop). This is really just mildly seasoned bread cubes. The bread cubes work well and could probably be used in any stuffing recipe, but even the instructions on the box have you adding a bunch of stuff (eggs, spices, celery, and onion). It's good for what it is and it made decent stuff, but it's still not what I want (gluten-free StoveTop).
