1 box Stuffing 1/2 cup fresh Parsley, chopped
9 oz Pork Sausage, remove 1 cup gluten free chicken stock
from casing & break apart 2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Onions, chopped freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup butter
Saute sausage, onions & celery togeter with butter until cooked. Let cool. Add chopped parsley, eggs, pepper, chicken stock and stuffing and mix all together until bread is moist. Stuff your bird.
Be creative! - add your favorite ingredients; chestnuts, apples, cranberries, spinach, etc.
