This is such a good quality bread crumb. It has excellent seasoning, and gives a little crunch to whatever you are baking. I made homemade meatballs with these, and they are delicious.

I ordered these GF breadcrumbs along with a container of the plain ones. They were great! I mixed 2 parts Italian with 1 part plain and it was the perfect amount of seasoning for my son. I breaded pork chops with them and they came out crunchy and delish! I would highly recommend.

I was so happy to see these breadcrumbs here at Gluten-Free Mall. I used them tonight when making Italian chicken cutlets (dip in GF flour, dip in egg, dip in GF breadcrumbs, then fry lightly in oil and then bake). Anyway, YUMMMMMMMM! Really great. The closest thing I have found to real traditional breadcrumbs. I will DEFINITELY be buying these from now on.

We used these to make meatballs! They were the best meatballs ever. Even the family members who are able to eat gluten raved about them. Everyone should try this product because it has so many different uses.

These are the best gluten-free Italian bread crumbs I have ever tasted. I do not know what I would do without them. I use them for meatballs, calamari, etc. Highly recommended!

These bread crumbs are great. I use them to bread chicken cutlets, white fish, meatloaf and meatballs. So far no one else in the family has taken notice to the difference of bread crumbs. Sometimes I add a few extra spices of my own! Tastes great.

Love these & do NOT find them overly spicy. I shake the container before I use them to mix up the ingredients and they're just fine. Have put them in meatloaf, meatballs, and used them for breaded pork chops. All good!

I use these to make a shake and bake style pork chop. It is quite spicy, but personally, that's why I like it. The "crumb" is a bit big as I think this has a rice base, but I'm very happy with the product.

Everyone else really seems to like these, but I found them way too spicy. Too much pepper and just too hot and spicy for my taste. I am going to try the plain bread crumbs and hope they are much better. I will never buy these again.

I bought these bread crumbs awhile ago and just now used them and they were great. We used them on pork chops and chicken and were delighted on the taste. Then make some gravy and pour over the pork chops and ahhhhh man do you have something.

These are the BEST!!! I use them for my Celiac diet,they work very well in recipesand taste great. My family prefers them over their regular breadcrumbs, so the entire family eats them!!

I loved this product. I used it to bread boneless skinless chicken breasts, and it turned out really well. The flavor was great, the smell was wonderful, and it even added a little crunchy texture to the chicken. I would definitely buy it again.

Very tasty breadcrumbs..nicely seasoned u don't need to add a thing just meat or veggies! My picky 4yr old boy on Gluten Free/Casien Free diet loves his chicken nuggets they come out so yummy & crunchy! I've used Gillian's italian & plain crumbs they are both GREAT! Meatballs come out delicious too. Our family has tried it and definitely love it.

Use this constantly in the kitchen, from meatloaf to chicken and the entire family loves it, even the ones who arent on dietary restrictions. Great Product. Noone would ever know this is gluten free.

This is a great product for me. Instead of making my own bread crumbs from gluten free breads and putting herbs in to season, it's done for me! I shop mostly from the internet because my area is very limited with gluten free products. I have celiac disease so it's a life choice for me.
