This is the ONLY "edible" product I have found that does not contain potato starch (a nightshade,) which I cannot eat, in addition to gluten. I do manage to choke down rice bread, but it has to be toasted. With these buns, I can make things like a PBJ or any other kind of sandwich, and actually feel like I'm eating a sandwich instead of two pieces of styrofoam with food in between. My highest rating!

There is a lot of bread to work with here. It's not huge, just compact. Be sure to thaw completely first. My 9 year old didn't prefer these for sandwiches since they were pretty thick. An adult might not have that same problem.

These are good. They still have the gluten-free texture, but once toasted they serve as a really good hamburger or sandwich roll. I recommend these.

These rolls are very good. Keep them frozen, when you are ready to eat them just thaw them out a little and toast them to really well! Spread on some butter and fruit preserves, and the bread will practically melt in your mouth!

These buns are close to english muffins as they have a nice airy inside. They are very tasty and really keep well in the freezer.

I'm just beginning a gluten-free diet and this is the first bread I've tried. Excellent! It's a cross between a biscuit and a roll. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. I had kept looking at them in my freezer but was reluctant to try - especially since directions are to microwave. When I finally did I wanted another one! Will keep them always on hand.

I was delighted by these! After so many breads and buns that had the consistency of either rubber sponges or sawdust, these were heavenly. Don't stop making them!
