This is the best cookbook for gluten free cooking I have ever bought and I have a FEW!! Every recipe I have tried is wonderful and we aren't through the book yet!! How can you go wrong when three outstanding chefs write the recipes?...one for Mexican, one for Oriental and one Italian. My husband is the celiac but I mostly eat gluten free with him and I am the cook in the household. Every celiac needs this book.
