I really like this book, this was the first book that I had bought after starting the change to gluten free. I scale down the recipes in half because I have a one pound breadmaker and the recipes in the book are all for a two pound breadmaker, but it is easy to do. The bread is great for the recipes that we have tried so far, any flops were my own doing for not following the directions exactly. The directions in this book are step by step and simple to do. My non-gluten free family members eat bread from this book regularly and prefer it now over conventional breads. With this book there is only ONE flour mix to make up so I did not have to purchase extra items. And the author breaks down two different sizes of mixes to prepare all depending on how much you want to mix up. I would recommend this book for those wanting to use a bread maker.

Well written with easy to follow recipes that produce good bread products. The recipes use only one flour mix which makes it easy. Many other books use a variety of flour mixes that necessitates buying many different flours to make up the mixes. In addition to using only one flour mix, the recipes are simple and do not require a laundry list of other ingredients. The book is a pleasure to use.
