Easy to make, does not contain other things I am allergic to, works well with other egg and other 'milk' substitutes. Made thin, it also makes crepes. I am very happy with this product!

These pancakes were only okay. I made them very thin by adding extra water, and also add blueberries or bananas. I replaced the milk during the holiday season with soy nog, and they were much better. I might consider adding some sugar if using plain soy milk. Overall they were only okay.

I don't understand the 5-star reviews for this. These pancakes were heavy, bitter-tasting, and generally nasty. And way overpriced, as are most gluten-free foods. I am still looking for a truly good-tasting gluten-free pancake mix.

I have tried other boxes of pancake mixes and this is by far the best. My children are very picky and they both asked for seconds and even asked for them the next morning.

These are absolutely awesome! I was beside myself thinking I wouldn't be able to eat pancakes anymore being gluten-free. I am so happy I found this brand. My family who aren't Celiac even think they taste great.

Could never find any pancake mix that was gluten free as well as soy free, until now. The pancakes come out nice and fluffy. I like to add blueberries to the batter.

Tastes just like the real thing. My son is allergic to so many things I thought we'd never be able to have pancakes again. The recipe does call for eggs but I just substituted apple sauce and the taste was great.

I made the pumpkin pancake recipe from the box - plus some chocolate chips - they were REALLY yummy! Great texture - very moist.

When I first mixed them, I wondered about the darker color--forgetting that these are buckwheat pancakes. The batter was too thick using the lower amt. of liquid listed on the recipe, so I just added a bit more. They were delicious! I will definitely buy more!

I have used 123 Gluten Free mixes for years, and they are a mainstay of our gluten free diets. I strongly recommend them all. I have not found one my family doesn't like. The pancakes are tasty, and the waffles are especially good. Even my picky daughter will eat them and ask for more.
