This book was a lifesaver. When I first found out I had celiac disease my wife and I were in a panic and grocery shopping was a nightmare. She found this guide and it has been very helpful.

As a newbie to the gluten-free lifestyle, it's hard when you walk into the grocery store for the first time. When you have a nephew who is diabetic and has to watch both gluten and milk proteins, this book becomes a life-saver. So this guide has helped me so much. I use the original gluten-free book for myself and when I shop for him, this book is at my side. Granted I bought it for his mom, but I grab it from her and use it. I do wish the headings were a bit easier to sight on a page, but other than that, I find it fairly easy to see if the item I'm looking for is acceptable or not.
