A renowned chef, Sanaa owns and operates a popular Middle East Restaurant in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She earned a Bachelor or Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Nurition from Cal Poly Univeristy in Pomona, California.
She attended a cooking school in Florence, Italy and the Cordon Bleu Baking School in Paris, France.
She has worked as a nutritional advisor for the South Dakota Department of Health, where she advised clients on nutrition, cooking and healthy eating.
