Our gently seasoned-to-perfection apple pie includes our award-winning gulten-free crust encasing a tumble of crisp fresh apples with a hint of cream. Enough to share!

Comes in a microwavable tin. Cook thoroughly.

Microwave Oven: Open box and remove plastic from pie. If frozen, defrost for 6-8 minutes. Ensure pie is uncovered and not touching sides when placing in microwave. Do not leave unattended. Microwave in full power for 6-8 min after defrosting.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Remove plastic wrap from pie, keep in tin foil. Place pie in oven on middle rack. Allow to cook for 20-25 minutes.

Shelf Life: 12 months

Ingredients: Crust: Garbanzo flour, rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, non-GMO palm oil.
Filling: Apples, non-GMO palm oil, water, potato starch, cane sugar, cinnamon, sea salt.

I do love a good apple pie, but I had a disappointing experience with this one. I was very anxious to get it and baked it immediately. Unfortunately, I am super taste sensitive and this pie tasted like the box it came in. It's unfortunate because the filling was delicious. I suspect the shortening used for the crust somehow absorbed the box scent. Its even plastic wrapped inside the box. Baffling. The impressive thing was the texture of the crust, which I've not been able to acheive while baking gluten-free pies. Filing: 9; Crust: 2

I baked the pie in the oven as directed. It smelled good, but the crust tasted just awful. The apples were okay but did not taste like they came from a freshly baked apple pie. The crust is very thick, too.
