Mmmm. These smell so good and work good just out of the oven. Looking forward to making my homemade gyros and having a feast! They aren't like normal pitas that have a pocket, you will have to fold these over.

If you warm them in the toaster oven, they puff right up and have a great taste. I wipe olive oil on the outside, and toast until I see them start to puff. I also use them as sandwiches, gyros. They add variety to the old sandwich, and it is nice to have the option. They also make wonderful pita chips.

I thought this pita bread was great! A little heavy but still tastes good! I cannot have egg, milk, corn or gluten... these actually were great considering all I cannot have. Better than my alternatives (rice crackers) and with a little hummus could not even tell they were free of all the allergens!
