This bucatini is indistinguishable from wheat pasta - great bite and mouth-feel,' and actually reheats the next day like 'real' pasta (not that there's many occasions when we have leftovers!)

The only edible gluten-free pasta I've found. The bucatini (not really thick spaghetti, but hollow tubes) was my favorite shape and an amatriciana sauce worked very well with it. It carried the sauce perfectly, maybe even better than wheat pasta...

This PastaMia bucatini is heavenly! Texture, taste, 'bite' all are authentic. If you cooked a lot of Italian food, as I did before diagnosis, and you haven't been satisfied with what you've tried so far --- don't miss this product. It'll have your taste buds doing the happy dance.

This is the BEST gluten-free pasta I've tried. My husband (non-celiac) absolutely loved it as well. It holds a good "bite" for al dente, and holds up well to a variety of sauces I've used with it. GREAT product.

I have tried many brands of spaghetti noodles, and this is by far the best one out there. I could not tell that it was gluten-free; my husband also tried it, and he thought it was very good, and he is by far one that dislikes gluten-free food. You will not be disappointed!

Of all the BiAglut gluten-free pastas, this one is among the best. It is far better than the spaghetti. Well worth the high cost. No one can tell it is gluten-free.
