Love all of BiAgluts pasta products... I made lasagna and it was a family hit... our dinner guests never noticed the difference. It has great mouth feel and taste. I cooked it for the recommended amount of time and had no problems assembling the lasagna at all.

The best lasagne pasta around. Do not overcook, or it will tear. They make great lasagne roll ups as well.

After searching endlesslly for a decent tasting pasta, I finally discovered BiAglut. Even though it is bit pricey, it is worth the cost to finally have a good pasta for my favorite Italian dishes. I have served this gluten-free pasta to friends and family, and until I told them it was gluten-free, they never had a clue. Very authentic taste and texture.

AWESOME pasta! We have made lasagna for 2 twice now, and had leftovers both times, so in the fridge it went. The next day we reheated and the lasagna held it's shape and texture. So many gluten-free pastas cannot hold up to being a leftover, but this one did. We've made lasagna twice now. The first time, we followed the instructions re: boing for 4 minutes to the letter. The second time, we laid the noodles out in a small pan and poured boiling water over them and "steeped" them for 3 minutes. We then assembled the lasagna wrapped the dish in foil and baked for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. It was perfect! Nom nom. So thankful that I found the Gluten Free Mall. One box made two fresh and two leftover dinners for my husband and me.

This lasagne pasta tastes just like regular lasagne with a good texture. It is pricey, but worth the purchase. I do have problems with cooking them though. As mentioned in other reviews, the sheets do not need to be cooked longer than 4 minutes. However, even with olive oil in the cooking water and rinsing them with cold water while in the drainer, I still have a hard time pulling all of them apart. Some break or stick together. However, even in smaller pieces 2 packages are enough for a proper lasagne and is tastes delicious every time.

Pricey but worth it. The best gluten free pasta product I ever purchased. I added some olive oil to the cooking water, cooked only 4 minutes, drained then rinsed with cold water to stop the cooking process while I was assembling the Lasagna, I prepared it 3 hours prior to baking it. Even the leftovers heated up well and did not become soft and mushy like the corn or rice pastas do. I like the smaller length, which makes for no breakage and easy handling. You will need 1 1/2 boxes for a good size lasagna. The extra pastas will not be wasted, as they are so good, I plan on using the extras as a base for chicken and creamed spinach.

These lasagne noodles are so much like the wheat ones that no one on my Italian side (or anyone else for that matter) of my family picked up on the fact that there was something different. This is the only Gluten free lasagne nooodles I would recommend to anyone. Make sure to cook it exactly for the amount of time it says.

This the best lasagne I have ever used. It is less heavy tasting than regular lasagne. It also takes only 4 minutes to cook, and in my opinion is easier to work with/less prone to sticking together or tearing. Expensive, but I have found it hard to find gluten-free lasagne noodles, so I will buy again.
