This pasta was great. It isn't mushy at all. Even my husband who doesn't need to eat gluten-free loved the Mac 'n Cheese I made with this pasta. I only made 2 servings, so I still don't know if it reheats well, but next time I will make more to see how it reheats. I give this an A+

Yeah, I know, it's Spring and sort of late for 'chili-mac,' but Spring comes and goes n the PNW. Once again, we have been so impressed with the quality of the Heinz BiAglut pasta! Made 'chili-mac' last night for dinner -- you know, 1# ground beef, 1 onion finely diced, 16 ou can of kidney beans, 16 ou of tomato sauce (oh, we we sauteed beef & onion w/garlic) and pasta. We tossed in 1/2 the package (ugh - my husband weighed the pasta) tossed the lid on and waited 20 minutes! NOM NOM! The test, as we all know with GF pasta is how it holds up overnight in the fridge and then reheated. OMGosh -- AMAZING! Wow! The pasta held its shape and tasted AMAZING! Oh -- and drain the fat before adding the tomato products and pasta!!!

BiAglut pasta is THE BEST of the best! It tastes exactly like regular pasta! I'm thankful they have so many pasta shapes. It's hard to find the egg noodles and little pasta for soup, but BiAglut makes them and ordering is easy! It's all we buy!

Biaglut is the best gluten-free pasta around. The Macaroni is perfect for mac salad and tuna noodle casseroles, but really great for every kind of pasta use.

Oh my god! This is the best! I made macaroni and cheese for the family and everyone loved it. No one knew it was gluten-free. We love it and will buy this always.

When I read all the other reviews I decided to give this pasta a try but I didn't expect it to be any different from all the others... I was wrong. This is the best gluten-free pasta I have had since discovering I have celiac disease. It truly cannot be told apart from wheat pasta. It even works as a leftover which NONE of the others do. We made Pasta ala Carbonara the next day off of the leftover noodles... It was as big a hit as the spaghetti the night before had been. Even my nephew who HATES all things gluten-free couldn't tell the difference. I will recommend this product to anyone. Simply the BEST!!!

This is the best pasta ever! You cannot tell that this is gluten-free. I will definitely purchase again. The non-gluten-free people in the family could not tell that this was gluten-free and they do NOT like gluten-free foods.

I could not believe this pasta was gluten-free!! The other gluten-free pasta I have tried in the past was either rubbery, stuck together, the noodles didn’t expand or had a cardboard taste to it. I almost just gave up on pasta altogether. We don't buy any other pasta but Biaglut. If you haven't tried this pasta you shouldn't wait any longer, you don't know what you’re missing!! I am a very happy customer!! Thank you so much for making this pasta, please don’t change this recipe or discontinue it, I finally found the best!! Thank you so much!!

Heinz BiAglut Elbows are the only brand I will purchase from now on. They make the best GF Macaroni and Cheese casserole. Also great to add in soups. Did you know the package is 17.6 oz.

Heinz BiAglut maccheroncini pasta is delicious and as close to "real" macaroni as you can get.
Makes wonderful macaroni salad with tuna or shrimp added for a tasty Lenten dinner. Good consistency and taste.

This pasta is absolutely wonderful!! I was so very pleased with it. I made macaroni and cheese, delicious! I had the noodles with marinara sauce instead off spaghetti, delicious. I am just so happy that I have found a gluten-free pasta that actually tastes and cooks just like regular pasta! I am so very happy!

Very good flavor and texture. Some of the other brands I have tried don't do well as leftovers (they got gummy) but these were fabulous! Even my picky son couldn't tell the difference.
