Tasty crackers, but not at all like saltines - more like a European cracker for cheese, etc. They hold up well to use for appetizers. Will buy again.

These crackers are very good. I love them with goat cheese and cranberries, I just wish they were a bit bigger but they are good to the very last one.

These crackers are the BEST!! I took some on a cruise because I wasn't sure of all of their gluten-free items. There weren't any gluten-free crackers so I whipped out mine and enjoyed the cheese trays and they worked out fine. Someone from the dining room saw what I had and was asking me about them. I highly recommended that they look into these crackers and stock them for future cruisers that are gluten-free like myself.

I disagree completely with the reviewer that said these are like saltines. They are much more like a harder, english biscuit style Ritz cracker. Great texture and crunch and work oh so well when crumbled as a topping for casseroles or a coating for chicken or fish. Highly recommend and worth the fairly steep price tag.

OH WOW!!! Finally a really good cracker that goes with everything. I had a hard time putting them away once I tasted the first one. I kind of wish I had bought a few more boxes of them because they are so good they disappear fast. Again, most all gluten-free products are very pricey but all of the BiAglut products are worth it if you want to eat authentic foods instead of everything tasting like corn or rice. These are very satisfying and I always carry them in a little baggie when we go out to eat. They go great with any meal and especially salads.

These crackers are so close to a saltine. Most are a little sweet to enjoy with something like soup but these are very close.

I loved the texture and it had a normal flavor. I would definitely say they are a good gluten-free substitute for crackers.

These crackers are great! They are the closest to non gulten-free crackers that I have found. I will continue to buy these.

These are my new favorite crackers! They taste sort of like unsweetened animal crackers, so they go just as well as a savory snack with cheese or in soups as they do with sweet toppings.

I love these crackers. They remind me of a saltine. Please keep them in stock...I can have cheese and crackers again.
