I have enjoyed these cookies in Chocolate and Cinnamon Os. I was so pleased to find cookies that are vegan, do not contain allergens like corn or xanthan gum; and are very tasty.

Good, crunchy as others mentioned, even after spending some time in milk. This can be a bonus if you like to get your cookies a little soft but too mushy - I like a softer cookie, personally. Good cinnamon flavor, though.

They are very hard to bite and chew. You need milk or coffee to dunk them. Taste is good but I wouldn't buy again.

The cookies are kind of hard, which is not much of a problem if you "twist" open your cookies, but it can get a little annoying when you try to bite down on the sandwich without having it come apart. However, the flavor is fantastic. It's hard to eat just one!

Very good cookie! I enjoy them with a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning. :) Very tasty and a nice texture. I like cookies with creme in the middle so these will be a favorite of mine. Highly recommended.
