Excellent product. I am looking forward to buying more as they can be used to make a gluten free graham cracker crust for cheese cake and pies. I couldn't stop eating them so I need more for baking projects!

I used to buy these at my local grocery store until I moved and could no longer find them anywhere. I'm a BIG fan of cinnamon, so these cookies are a MUST HAVE for me. Delicious!!!

Nice flavor: not too sweet and light on the cinnamon. Not crumbly like other brands I've tried. Can't tell it's a gluten-free product. Always keep the Jo-Sef brand cookies in the house as I think they are the best.

I love these cookies. They have great taste, great crunch and are not too sweet. The cinnamon reduces my sugar cravings while I have a satisfying treat with tea.

We liked these as a replacement for graham crackers. You can taste a little soy, but crisp and good. Makes good smores or good with a little butter on top. Plain too.

I loved these! They can be used as a graham cracker or a regular cookie. They are a bit thick and hard if used as a graham cracker - but the taste is great.

These are delicious. I couldn't taste the difference between these and regular graham crackers. Nice to for kids to take to school for lunch. Add some peanut butter or almond butter, if you can, and you have a great healthy snack with some protein in it.

This was my first Gluten Free Thanksgiving and I love pies with Graham Cracker Crusts. I use this product as a substitue for the Graham Crackers and it was a HUGE sucess!!! Even my biggest cooking critics enjoyed these!

My daughter was able to have smore's forthe first time and she was on cloud nine! I, having had "real" graham crackers before don't think they taste anything like a graham cracker, but the aer a wonderful substitue for them. I will buy them again and would recommend them for smore's and crusts!

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease two years ago and have very discerning taste buds. Most gluten free baked goods do not live up to my standards, but I buy Josef's cinnamon graham crackers over and over again. My 2 year old granddaughter loves them and she doesn't even have to eat them.

These are very good. More 'cookie' than 'cracker' like. However, they have a really great cinnamon flavor and are great with milk. These crackers are a must for making pie crusts! Adding to my gluten free 'keeper' list.

These cookies are delicious, but they certainly aren't like "normal" graham crackers mainly because they're hard and crumbly. Still, very, very tasty and definitely something I'd buy again.

I started with one of these to see how they were. I'm back, ordering 3 now. S'mores, s'mores, s'mores! I thought they were a thing of the past - not any s'more! These are just like real graham crackers! Yummy

These crackers are delicious. I had really missed eating graham crackers and these are wonderful.
Since I love cinammon, increasing the cinammon flavor would be the only improvement I could see.

These smell great, but the texture and taste aren't as good. The ones we tried were dry and very hard/dense. They were too hard for my almost 2 year old to eat, and were way too dry for me to want more than a small bite. I will keep them around to use for graham cracker crusts and the like, but not a good option for us by themselves.

These graham crackers are great! They are very tasty and the cinnamon is not over-powering. I ordered this flavor because it had the best reviews. While I was a little hesitant to pay $17.50 for 2 packs of crackers (plus S&H), they taste like a million bucks particularly after being "deprived" of crackers for 2 months after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease on June 1, 2008. I very much appreciate the folks who have taken so much time writing reviews for this product and all the others. Thanks!

I ordered the Josef's Cinnamon Graham Crackers based on the comments posted here. One of my sisters and I are spending a girl's weekend at a spa retreat next week and one of the "perks" is a smores maker in our suite.
I was a little apprehensive to spend so much money ($17+) on 2 boxes plus shipping. Well, they taste like a million dollars! I can't wait to make smores! Thanks to all who posted reviews of this product and more. As a newly diagnosed 54 year old with Celiac Disease, I have a lot more to learn and am just branching out in trying pre-made gluten-free products. So far, so good!

I got these for our daughter who is 3 1/2 and she really likes them. They have a wonderful strong cinnamon smell as soon as you open the bag! They are a good size thick graham cracker too. I haven't used them on a pie or anything yet, but I am gonna try it soon.

These crackers are so good!!!! I had just changed my 9 and 12 yr olds to gfcf and they were really hating it. I got these crackers and they ate almost the entire box. We are so happy to be able to have smores again.

These cookies are soooooo delicious! We couldn't find any cookie comparable to graham crackers anywhere else! My son just started Kindergarten so we took a few boxes to school so he could eat these graham crackers when the other kids got their graham crackers. Thank you Josef and Gluten-Free Mall!
