Before they changed their packaging this last year, I would have given this cereal a great review. But when they changed the box, they must have changed the recipe. They've lost their flavor, and they get soggy very quickly. I've switched brands!

Yumm! Great flavor, mostly cinnamon with a hint of apple. Texture is good and stays fresh for weeks. Except for the price, this is my favorite cereal yet.

Unlike most gluten free cereals, this tastes good and does not have the cardboard-like texture that many gluten free cereals do. Because of the protein, it is more filling and is great dry as a quick snack.

Excellent! Perfect for those having had bariatric surgery along with celiac. 9 gms protien make it an excellent meal or a snack for the baraitric pt. I love the small packages for travel. Great for breakfast or to snack on right out of the bag while in the car and meal time is running late. I add a tsp or so of frozen wild blueberries for breakfast and 1/2 cup skim milk.
